Friends, I loves that show so much, it was always on in our house Haha xD
Angel, The Wire, and (I might get heat for this last one) The Cleveland Show
Almost Human, The Tomorrow People, Legend of the Seeker, Stargate Universe
Friends is my favourite show, but I really don't think I'd want them to bring it back. What would a new season be about? It ended at the right place.
Maybe Frasier, but perhaps the same problem.
Sopranos would be my show. I loved that show but it wouldn't be the same without Gandolfini.

F. Scott Fitzgerald
Arrested Development. Come on Netflix make it happen
What thantelope said: Firefly. I've see Serenity like five times, jonesing for a sequel. Freaks and Geeks was really good too, blondebookworm.
I agree with everyone that said Firefly (tv series) and Serenity (the "Firefly" movie). I also got into Vegas recently, but it only lasted one season I think.
Being Human..US version..
Boston Legal. James Spader and William Shatner played off each other so well, and I loved how the show writers deliberately kept confusing Shatner with his characters from previous TV shows and movies. "Who's going to bean me to Hawaii to see my girlfriend?" "Your honor, do you speak Klingon?" "Am I the only one who sees the monster on the airplane wing?" etc. TV writing that good, delivered so well by the actors, is such a rarity.
friends and How I met your mother as a what happened after season, and maybe Gilmore girls!!!
Dexter... all the way! Jonesing for my Dark passenger fix!!!
There was a show I watched when I was a kid called Picket Fences that I really liked (mostly because I was in love with Holly Marie Combs). She was my role-model when I was in my early teens!
Boston Legal from above is a very good choice. My other one is Chicago Code, which only lasted a year. The opening episodes were average, but the last six or so were top notch.
Firefly, hands down. It probably couldn't have been good for more than two or three seasons, but it should have had those two or three seasons, dammit.
