Purely by coincidence, most of the women I've known have been from a different culture/country. Different cultures are interesting, but what passes between a man and a woman is always the same, even if the two of you don't speak one word of the same language.
I am not entirely sure who would be considered a foreigner,but I travel quite a lot so without going into detail I would say I love the nordics too much and that one of the most memorable girls I have ever seen came from Jamaica.
