paying off all debt, for myself, my parents and my sister. Establishing trust funds for my sons and niece. after that, as many rental properties as i can buy.

A castle. There's a lot in the UK on the market and it needs some land attached.

Buy two houses in Ottawa, retire to one of them, gift the other to my son and his wife. Then bank the rest for traveling. Maybe quietly siphon some off to buy a condo to house my sugar baby ( young gay male probably).

Buy a house for me and my wife back on the West Coast of Scotland. Then two new cars. I suppose I better buy houses for both my sons, it would finally get them out of our hair.

A nice Island Packet yacht - about 40 to 45 feet - rated for blue water. I have a growing case of "wanderlust", and many of the places on my list can only be reached by boat. I have some friends who are also sailors -
