We've had Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria that have caused massive damage and destruction and loss of life. The Texas region, as well as Florida are still recovering. The northern Caribbean is devastated, those island nations, both the US & British Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. And Mexico has had two very strong earthquakes, the last one hitting the Mexico City area with its very large, dense population. I believe the last death count in Mexico is 273.
If you pray, I urge you to do that for the people suffering and without homes and shelter, and who have lost loved ones. If you can, please donate to reputable charities that can help these people with their immediate needs and the following efforts to rebuild.
At this time, Puerto Rico and other places are completely without power and phone service. People are still in danger throughout those devasted areas.
