Congratulations on choosing to quit smoking! I too am a former smoker. Started in freshman year of high school until I was in my mid twenties. LOVED smoking!! The only reason I quit was because my now ex-hubby told me he couldn't and wouldn't date a smoker so I chose HIM over my cigarettes. Unfortunately I don't have any stellar advice for you as I quit cold turkey.
