It is a powered paraglider. The guy (who is supposed to be very experienced) crash landed it into the power lines at work about a month ago. The power company told him he should have been fried...I told him he should have been fried but he walked away without a scratch. He kept pulling on the strings to try and get it down and I told him not to electrtocute himself while all of the neighborhood kids were watching. He tells me, "Strings don't conduct electricity." HI EVERYBODY!!! 
Just a quick hello because I am currently without electricity at home...not even at home right now. Will be that way for at least 2-3 more weeks.
