I bet the process is different for all of us. I haven't written an EP poem yet, but have a few RRs. I'm an amateur musician/songwriter so a lot of my poems are songs. Those were mostly written using a guitar, pen and paper. Sometimes the words seem to swirl in my head while listening to music, usually in the car. I find myself digging a pen out of the console and writing on whatever is available, receipts, fast food bags, etc. when I come to a stop at a red light. I have written entire poems in the car, thanks to traffic congestion.
Stories are different. I get an idea for a plot/story line and usually think on it for a few days. Often I think of a title during that time. Of course once I sit in front of the computer and start writing, the story grows and might take me somewhere I didn't see it going. They story builds as you write, the action unfurls in your head. It's just there, the work is carving out the right words.
I've heard authors say you can't come up with a title first and then write a story for the title. Hmmm... Actually, you can and I have. And received an EP for them. To me that's very similar to writing a story for a competition. You are writing to the confines of a theme. That is no different than writing to a predetermined title.
I have days, maybe weeks where I am void of anything creative, then something inside that I can't explain seems to click on and its like an energy that fills you with ideas and motivation.

This is a viable question. I have written two Revenge Sex stories myself. My most recent one just placed 3rd in the Money Talks Story competition. It is currently placed in Straight Sex. If Revenge Sex were a category I would've placed in that instead. My other revenge sex story is part of a college sex series and I would never change that from College Sex.
When I first saw this thread question I only thought of stories where the author writes of one person taking revenge on a cheating mate by having revenge sex with someone else or using a sex scheme to get back at someone.
If it were to be a category it would be up to story mods like myself to make sure that the category was used appropriately. Anything like in those revenge picture sites is already not allowed here on Lush and we'd reject that. So nothing new for us.
It certainly never hurts to make well thought out suggestions and this is one of those. We do have a lot of categories that really do a great job of encompassing everything we allow. Of course it will be up to site management to decide if adding another category is appropriate at this time.

Gav does a great job. There is no way to have a site this large and encompassing without developing technical issues. Lushstories offers a great deal of options. In general it is amazing how well things work. This site far outperforms any of those billion+ dollar websites that belong to large governments, especially those of the USA.

In the midst of all of this, Caitlyn Jenner is now facing a wrongful death lawsuit in California civil court. She did cause a traffic accident just before she officially came out. In that accident a lady was killed. As far as criminal court, Jenner is only charged with a traffic misdemeanor and will likely have to pay a fine on that. But the civil court case as a result, could end up costing her a fortune beyond what her insurance covers, depending upon how much a jury might award the family of the victim. Life never fails to get very messy, and I think we all regularly experience that. It seems that when something really good happens, something really difficult counters it. Ugh!
