Throughout my life a zen-like hockey/squash HQis that injuries have sadly, and permanently, brought to a halt. sad1

Marathon fucking lacks the harsh cardio shock of the other two, but doing squats while stand-up fucking oooo gets those quads SEETHING. No pain no fucking gain.

whoa double shot! thank-you, Scriptwriter66! Lolana Estafan is also one of my alltime hotties. Too bad recent stuff (not these pics) shows she did some botox-y stuff with her face. I think she's "out of the biz" now.

Granted, but when you come around again to your current age you will go immediately back to 21 again. This cycle will repeat forever, which maybe isn't spoiling your wish exactly, unless you find it tediously hellish maybe?
