Great football yesterday! The Lions and the Bucs both won! Woo-hoo!

All the wedding plans are set! We will pack tomorrow and leave at 4 am on Wednesday to drive to our daughter's house, from where we will make the 2-hour trek to the hotel near the wedding venue.

I can't believe my girl is getting married on Friday! She sent out detailed schedules for us (she's SO organized). I got my nails done. Now, if all the things I ordered from Amazon show up tomorrow in time to be packed, I'll be a happy camper!

The movie was only in theatres for the weekend and was great as she gave talked about the inspiration for each song and detailed the making of the amazing Ophelia video.

Foxy, I think that’s the way it works on SS, too. I noticed some older appeared on trending, but they had a new comment (prob like, too).

For me, the suggested 2 stories that appears at bottom of my new stories gets more attention than if I’m on trending, anyways. I only notice the first story listed on trending banner. Also, ordering my stories on my profile helped bring attention to the stories I would like more views on.

The word of the day is gratitude for me. Lately I’ve become lost in the struggles. I’m grateful for you all. Grateful Lush and SS give me a safe place to express myself. Grateful if one person enjoys something I create. A hundred is not more important than the one to me.

Grateful I have a job that has always paid the bills for this single mom. I know the OT will end soon. I’ll power through it.

One thing about Greece is that the place is lousy with cats. They're everywhere. People feed and water them so they kind of hangout in all the major spots.

My land tour ended today. Now we have a day off in Athens before our cruise. Unfortunately, I have been feeling off. Indigestion (or something like that) and a headache from being kept awake.by the tummy troubles. Hope tonight is better. Since Tylenol is involved, I have been laying off the ouzo and vino.

I’m with ya on the 70s weather. My sis and I were talking about maybe spending September in another state next year. We both work from home, so can really work from anywhere. If her hubby could take off, too. I’m not loving hot weather anymore.

My head is still tender, but the headache and nausea are gone. So, yay! Trying to finish my spooky micro.

Splitting headache. One inch gash in temple. Still not sure what happened. I assume I sat up to adjust covers right as Butters was hurdling me from the nightstand to her spot on the bed by the window box. A very hard hit to my head. Blood on my face. A loud cry from Butters. A louder cry from me. Not sure what caused the gash—her claws or the contact.

A painkiller please, Bearkeep, in liquid form…

I like it. You are in a new chapter of life, so why not change some things. You can always put you were Milik in your signature or on your profile. My following changed from Lush 1.0 to 2.0. A lot of my readers left and I stopped publishing as much, too, and entered a different less hot phase of writing.

Rejection from any source is hard. The press that holds the monthly 53-word competitions failed to see the brilliance of my entry once again. 🙄 I shall try again and keep trying until I wear them down and they pick me to make me stop entering. 🤣🤣🤣

I can feel my fingers on my right hand now. Yay! My acupuncturist has added carpel tunnel syndrome to the list of things he’s treating. One of the needles he put in my wrist felt like a lightning bolt, but it helped. He says he’ll need to treat it each session though to bring long-lasting relief. So far he’s rid me of TMJ pain, sinus troubles, knee pain, and a few other things, so I’m hopeful.
