Ah, Hockey.. Dad took me to a fight once, and a hockey game broke out.
Time for some tea, I think.

I.understand but you can't get a proofreaderbas they can't access drafts plus the secure sex stories and I dint fee anyone that reads thesevatevreally concerned about a missing come or punctuation. We are not English majors
Lush needscto stop.being so demanding
As Sprite said, even your post is difficult to understand. That's where Grammarly or another program helps. As far as getting your proofreaders access, you can share access with Google Docs. The hardest part there is keeping track of versions, since you cannot create files. BTW there were 7 corrections in my post from Grammarly..
Oh please. They are not ready to see the culling on either side of the aisle, especially with the name Clinton out there. Sure, a few like Rogan may get taken down, but there are a LOT of D names that have yet to be exposed. They thought this was a gun, and they are now realizing it's a bomb, and they are standing right next to it. now they have to figure away to step back before half the government comes tumbling down
If it's a comment i try to reply. Might not if it's a simple Great story. I will for certain if there is feedback, Like someone saying I can't wait for the next part. I'll try to reply where that enxt part is, of if it's a one shot, I'll say Let them live happily

New member and new(ish) author here. I’ve been writing for a little over a year. Prior to finding Lush, I never even thought about cover art.
Before I published my first story, I wasn’t sure where to start. Then I saw a forum post that said it was acceptable to use AI to create cover art. I’ve been using ChatGPT. The amount of time I’ve spent is borderline embarrassing. Between the time it takes to render images, coupled with the number of “content violations” I’ve encountered… Yeah. Like I said, embarrassing.
Yes, I realize that there are probably some better options outside of ChatGPT. I just have not explored them yet.
I am curious… How important is cover art to you? How much time/effort do you put into your cover art?
A lot. at first I thought well I can find artwork and slap it around in Photoshop. Then it hit me out of the blue. My kids can probably teach me about AI. Now I can create a book cover almost exactly how I want it. I knew I kept them around for a reason. The hard part now is keeping them from seeing what Mom is creating ;)
Yes I'm definitely branching out. I'd like to hit every genre. I've hit 4, and if i can get my head around the one rattling around, I'll tick off Supernatural. But for now, concluding the first book of Mandi, Finishing Mira, and TMBA are what I need to do. clean the slate some.

I hate grammarly.
It should be used as tool to check for obvious errors, if needed. When it starts suggesting things or changing the author voice, it can take a running fuck to itself.
In my most humble opinion...
😇
especially if you have it check for AI. Every story I write flags at least one section as AI. I don't know if it's my sentence structure (Or lack of) or my vocabulary.

That's probably the thing that drives my writing most - There's plenty of hot and sexy writers out there, but at the end of the day, no one's better at turning me on than me. So, instead of expecting someone else to do it for me, I just write what I want to read and make myself happy.
You know, I'm the opposite. MY stories don't do a thing for me, but I rarely go back and read them after the fact. I finished Mandi part 3 today, but I didn't even get hard nipples. I never do.
