Prolific writer, bubbly, friendly, and sexy. A person I consider a good friend.

Please attempt to keep to the subject or I shall ask Cleo el Gato to write bad poetry about you. thank you.

Oh no! The cat shit is about to hit the fan!
Pass. I don't orgasm and the mess is too much for me. I must be an anomaly... I lose my sex drive during this time.
I'm 5'3" and have always dated men taller than me (which really isn't a huge challenge). There was one guy that thanks to a motorcycle accident was in a wheelchair. He would say the best part was now he could date tall women because thanks to his chair... all women were taller than he was now.

I tell my son that most girls like tall men (he's dated two very short girls). However, if he were to find a woman taller than him (he's 5'11")... as long as they are happy... it would be great.
I'm kinda on the fence here. While I can see the argument for a revenge category... to me it's more of a tag for a story. However, if the powers that be (Nic and the amazing Mod Squad) feel you have a valid point with this category... then I'm sure a few authors will either re-categorize their stories... or write a new one.

I'm going to think about this... then come back and vote.

Of course, being who she is, she can afford clothes, makeup, and help that most women can only dream of, a characteristic she shares with her various daughters and step-daughters. All great-looking ladies to start with but all benefiting heavily from access to all the help that being a celeb brings.

This is true. Though to be honest, I think some of that also comes from her being comfortable in her own skin. Makes for a great combination.
Something that the ladies at my work & I had mentioned was how amazing she looked... and how we all hope we look that good (or close to that good) at her age (she's definitely not 20... but she looks amazing!)

I like getting those kind of thank you's. A 'thank you' graphic is perfect.

I agree. Plus I'm always impressed at the level of creativity that those who make these graphics which is why I now try make them for my own stories. I enjoy seeing these and I hope those I share them with enjoy them as well.

I also dislike getting "spam." When I get a "spam," it almost guarantees that I will not read the work.

I will admit this does make me a lot less likely to read a story... but I'll also admit to doing this in the past... and wondering if it really did me any good or not. After reading what LJ so point blankly said (and I applaud her for her honesty) I will cease the practice of "spamming". Those who choose to follow me will know when I post a new story. Those who don't... well... either they'll see my story on the home page or they'll stumble upon it on their own.
My husband thinks this is weird... but I love french fries and chocolate shakes.

Wendy's frosty and french fries... this combination specifically is my personal favorite.

Look up and open your mouth, Donald Trump!!

I'd like second that one!
Rach,

As someone who has gotten to know you over the past two plus years, I know how much it took for you to share this not only with the mods... but with the rest of Lush as well. I've always admired you for your courage, and I've told you so. Now... I'm telling everyone.

As someone who knows you, and the source of your PTSD (well... one of them... I won't even presume to know all the causes), I know how easy it is to just throw in the towel and say "FUCK IT!" I know the feeling of fear gripping your soul, choking you off, and making you think you can't go on (I experienced that earlier this year.) It was your strength and friendship that helped me get though that shit.

I've seen the posts on Facebook about Project Semi Colon and I know for you to make this as public as you did too courage. More courage than you probably thought you had. Thank you for sharing this with us. Your courage and strength still impresses me beyond words.

May peace & love fill you life & future.

Depends. If it's at night... then no. We cuddle and go to sleep. If it's in the morning... then yes... eventually.
At one time I would say I truly hated that word and would never use it in my writings. However, times and attitudes change. I have found it can work in certain situations and before anyone can call me out... I have used it in at least one story... possibly two... but I'm honestly not sure. I also don't care if a writer uses it in their story. To me... it's a choice of vocabulary. When I see it in a story or a poem, I just move on. I don't say, "What a horrid person for using that word!" If it fits... then I'm like... "Good word choice."

I rarely use it outside of writing, but there is one person on this earth whom I have called a cunt... and I meant it in the most negative and purposeful way I possibly could... and it was the nicest thing I could have called her.

Honestly... there are worse words that are used much more often and are way more offensive.
First off... I love Humans... great show!

Now... as to your question... I'm honestly not sure if I would fuck an android if given the opportunity. On one level... it's not all that different from using a vibrator. On another... it's quite different. You're having sex with something that looks like a person. But then... if it can take care of my sexual needs when my spouse can't... it might be fun.

Unfriended: I really want to see this still! I'm dying to see it. I know because I've waited so long, it will be utter shit, kind of like It Follows, but I won't know until I see it, damn it!

In my opinion hon... wait until it is available on Red Box. My husband & I walked out on this one... it was pure crap and a waste of our time, money and of film. Apple must have thought differently as there is a lot of Apple product placement.
Ant-Man

All I'll say is it's Marvel's funniest movie to date & I enjoyed it.

Minions

I enjoyed it and it ties in nicely with the original movie.
Except for school (high school and college) I've successfully written one poem (it would have been two but the second one was lost with my OS crashed.) Those who write poetry well make it look easy. Some will say writing a poem is easier than writing a story... others will say the opposite is true. For me, poetry is difficult... damn difficult. Finding the right words to covey my feelings about a given subject is a challenge. I'm sure other poets would agree.

You Steph... wrote an incredible poem for your friend. You are an amazing writer. Your talent is unmistakable.

When you put you heart into your writing... it shows.
Thank you for this advice. I've only submitted one poem and I do remember struggling with the spacing for the stanzas. I wish I had seen this sooner (but my poem was up way before this was.)

I hope all our future poets see this. Thank you for this amazing advice.
