U2. Have they done anything worthy of "great band" status since Joshua Tree? And yet they are still treated as rock gods.
MMA. Mixed Martial Arts for the few who haven't been overwhelmed by the movement yet. While I respect the talent and training of the fighters, I can't understand why the sport is so popular.
Gotta agree with Foxy, sounds like this might be something you aren't ready for.
Lately I've been working out a couple days a week with a few daily exercises mixed in. I also have a physically demanding job, so get a decent workout lugging products around for customers or stock at our store. And when work doesn't interfere I play indoor or outdoor soccer once a week depending on the season.
I think this is another one of those polls where our location is going to skew our results. I'm curious whether even one lushie will say that sex isn't important. For me, it's definitely up there. If I'm not sexually satisfied, then I would consider it a friends with benefits situation at best. I guess that would make it 90-100%.
Before it changed so that we had to comment if we voted a certain #, our votes showed in our profile. Not just "Jebru gave a score on Eden" but "Jebru gave a score of 5 on Eden. Maybe a move back to that would satisfy people, though I wouldn't mind a list of who voted what on each of my stories either. Not only for the sake of understanding the vote, but also just out of curiosity about who reads my stories.
My forum times on lush are correct, however on the sister site storiesspace, they were always off, which seemed weird to me, since I know its the same software. And I notice that the list in my profile of my last ten posts shows a different time than what I actually see as the time if I click on the link and read the post that way. As mentioned above, it's just something you deal with.
Only 3 so far, other than my own. Plan to visit many more when I can.
Well, given that there are two "American" continents, even if those from the United States of America weren't called "Americans," we would still have to differentiate between the north and the south, and then there's Central America, which sometimes is referred to as "Latin America" though that is usually considered South and Central America combined. I've even heard North American to encompass only the US and Canada, with Mexico being lumped in to the Latin American category because they seem to have a culture that is closer to the that group than to the culture in the US, but I would be interested to hear someone like Magical Felix comment on where Mexico fits into the whole Americas picture.
Given my well known anti-US bias, I am pretty happy not being referred to as American. I'll stick with Canadian, or North American, with heavy emphasis on the "North" so there's no confusion.
I have competed in the World Crokinole Tournament.
Never understood the attraction either. Gagging is one step before vomiting, a warning that something bad is coming up the pipe if you don't stop what you are doing. The last thing I want to think about when having sex, is the possibility of her puking.
Personally, I think it depends on the situation, though both sides make interesting arguments. When in doubt, side with the beautiful woman. In this case, sorry DM, but that's not you. lol
The only time I even think about the comments at the bottom is when the story is written by a friend of mine, and I'm curious to see what other people thought of it compared to what I thought of it. Other than that, I open new tabs for each story I want to read, and close it when I reach the end of the story, not the end of the page.
I voted keep it as is. If you differentiate between male and female homosexuals, it won't be long before you need to do the same for the bisexuals. I think we can figure out that you are a lesbian if you are a female homosexual, or a gay male if you are a gay homosexual.
Duplicate threads always seem to be an issue here. I understand how duplicate threads can happen, because sometimes it is hard to find the thread you are searching for, when you don't remember the exact wording.
My suggestion as a way to solve this would be to lock the new thread after posting a link to the older thread. This way, if someone is inspired by, and wants to comment on the topic, they can do so without people needing to post twice on the same topic.
