Wow. I guess I got a yearling badge. Though I must admit after spending much time on this site I then took a 9 month or longer hiatus away. But I never deleted my profile and what really amazed me was to see when I returned I had a couple friends that kept posting and posting to my profile page asking about me and giving well wishes that I was okay. Anyway I thought it was probably time I updated my profile from when I first signed up. Those that have come to read my work know I am really a Romantic Poet, though I do enjoy reading erotica, stories and poems; I find my attempts at it fall short and seem like bad porn from the 70's. So I primarily stick to what I know.

Hello, I have been on the site for a month or so thought I should add something in the Bio. I am a 55 year old male and was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease about 6 years ago. I am married to a wonderful woman for about the last 13 years or so. She suffers from a host of auto immune diseases and is very ill. More then one of these causes extreme pain. To the extreme that she can barely stand to be touched or hugged without screaming in pain. Needless to say physical sexual contact is impossible anymore. Has not been for years. The major reason I joined this site was so I could read your stories, poems, fantasies and loves. That I could close my eyes and at least in my mind relive the sexual pleasures and all the wonderful aspect of physical love. I miss that so much. But I will not leave my wife whom I recited my vows with because sex is not possible. So I come here to read, write, learn about others and make new friends.
Interests
Music and poetry are my soul. I also love performing in live Theatre. Camping, fishing,hiking, the great outdoors; to me there is nothing next to the never ending beauty of nature. For those of you that read my work, you know it is entwined in my poetry like the limbs of lovers.
Favorite Books
Oh man, too many to name, too many to count. From poetry, to fiction, suspense, fantasy, and probably my favorite science fiction. I guess I just love to read. To lose oneself in the pages, allowing the to be pulled away from the day to day strife and tribulations of life; or just the boredom.
Favorite Authors
Yet another one too hard to answer. Some are J.R.R. Tolkien, Frank Herbert, Larry Niven... God that is just a few of the scifi fantasy could go one forever, but I won't
