My profile is for both my wife and I to enjoy. As such, I currently have my wife's photo as my avatar and occasionally swap it with one of my own as the mood suits. In the interest of discretion, i wont show our faces.

The only time I have a problem is if it's a man pretending to be a woman using a woman's photo.

I actually disagree with this point. As long as nobody is being hurt, and the bodies of the humans in question are not relevant, what should it matter? Does it bother you if a heavier human uses a picture of a thin human as their avatar? What about those who use animals? Don't catfish people, but it's the damn internet. People are freer to be their true selves when they aren't tethered to a physical body. That said, I try not to conceal that I have body parts which are traditionally associated with both male and female persons. I am non-binary and choose to exist that way because it suits me. A female avatar best reflects who I am and how I identify (and, for that matter, my username).

In response to the OP, yeah, I think it is sometimes about profile views, but often, it's just about what the user thinks is pretty.

My wife and I are both guilty of both acts many times. It's a tremendous turn on for us.

So, I get that you were probably employing sarcasm and/or hyperbole, but I would just say that this is not a thing that one is 'guilty' of. It's just a thing that one enjoys (or doesn't).
I have only been brought flowers a few times. I really enjoy it, because I like to have them around the house, and they remind me that I am loved or appreciated. It is a nice token of affection. On rare occasion, if I have enough around, I will bring people flowers with a few stems/flowers of a cannabis plant interspersed throughout the bouquet. It's maybe the dorkiest thing I have ever done on a date (but it was well received).

Wow! I think that would cure anything smile

It usually does. Keeps me more or less migraine free most days, which is certainly as much as I can ask for.
Perhaps once or twice. I'm not sure regret is the right word, but I've definitely realized that I didn't really want to be having sex, once we got down to it. On a few occasions I've just gone with it - either working only to make my partner orgasm, or, probably on one or two occasions, seeming like the 'dead fish' described above. In one or two cases I have actually said something in those moments, or just stopped having sex. Really just depends on how much I'd prefer to be not having sex or doing something else at that moment.
No. In fact, I'm concerned if they are unwilling. Toys are an essential part of sex, for many.
Not as such. I have a lot of copies of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, but not really. In high school I played some nerdy games that required the collecting of cards and things, but those have all found new homes.
I do not. This is something I don't enjoy doing, and it grosses me out a little. Even when kept very clean and tidy, it still isn't what I'm into. In the same vain, I don't love the feeling because of what I associate it with. Also, I am extremely self conscious about a variety of factors when somebody does do it, so I usually ask them to stop. It's not that I don't appreciate the thought and the effort, it just isn't for me.
Lots of reasons. Usually, a primary component is that I want to. I have a high sex drive, and it needs a fair amount of quenching. Sometimes though, I might have sex purely because I'm in love with my partner, and I am expressing that. It's also possible that I'll have sex just because my partner(s) want to, also. Curiosity is a pretty solid reason.

One time I fucked a guy just because I found an unopened condom between the cushions of the couch - though that was dumb, and led to spectacularly long, spectacularly dull sex. I was so bored. The reason I still enjoyed it a little was because I was being slutty. Sometimes feeling slutty is, by itself, enough reason to have sex.
