Then we moved, and my new home doesn't have nearly as nice options for walking / running, so I'm less motivated too. But I'm looking at recent weight gain, and that tells me I really need to get back to working out.

Another thing I love about Heavyhands is that, like you, I don't like gyms. They both bore and intimidate me. Being outside, on the other hand, makes me happy.
