I like all my stories some more than others depending on where I was at when writing them. I also write to grow as an author. I have seen my work improve over time. With saying this I think my best written story is Love is Love which I wrote for the Pride Month competition.
https://www.lushstories.com/stories/lesbian/-love-is-love-.aspx

I also have a couple I just really my emotion could be felt. One of those is Hush Little One which shows the softer side of BDSM.
https://www.lushstories.com/stories/oral-sex/hush-little-one.aspx

A poem I wrote that I think is one of my favorites would have to be I wait. This poem imo really shows the relationship between a sub and Master.
https://www.lushstories.com/stories/love-poems/i-wait.aspx

I have favorites from others that I absolutely love. There are many many amazing authors here.
Rachel, you are an amazing mod, author, woman, and friend. Since I've joined you've always encouraged me to keep moving forward whether that is in my writing or life. When I come to your semicolon thread you always leave an encouraging word and follow up with a quick message. Your talent keeps bringing readers back for more. Your personality wins us over. You always are fun in the forums that you occasionally drop in with your quick wit and of course your taser. Your Alice series is one of my favorite series I've read and I hope one day you post them as a collection in a book. I'm very grateful to have met you and consider you as part of my lush family and more than that a good friend that I know will always be there for me with an ear or a shoulder if I need it. I hope you realize how amazing you are and how much love we all have for you.

Thank you for always being there for me and anyone who needs it.

Please don't ever change. You are a beautiful soul inside and out. Indeed a very special wildflower. ♥️♥️♥️???

Happy birthday Bill. I hope even though everything is uncertain today that you tried to have the best day possible. As one of you're patrons I must say you are the best virtual bartender around. Hugs my dear friend.
With everything closed until further notice I have become a kindergartener homeschool teacher as well as helping my girl with keeping up with her dance for her recital later in the year. I also have my two great nephews here. One is 2 and one is 6 their parents still have to go to work. My sons and husband are still able to work but not sure how long. It makes me very very anxious. My oldest son (22) had just bought a house, a truck and has a new baby to care and pay for. He doesn't have much back up as everything he had went into his house. My youngest son (19) is living with his girlfriend and I talk to him often. I have to worry about my mother-in-law (80) and my mom (58) who both live here and both are in the very high risk categories with heart issues as well as breathing and many other medical issues. We are stocked up from just being at the butcher for our annual deer. The shelves are bare everywhere. People are buying up baby wipes and formula on top of the toilet paper etc. This is scary for moms with babies who need this. We just received notice that the first case has been diagnosed in my county. It's definitely getting closer and closer. We are not supposed to be out between the hours of 8pm and 5 am.I'm grateful for my lush friends to have others to talk to during this time. Please stay safe everyone.
Good morning my lush family. I do believe I see an talk to you all more than anyone who doesn't live in my home and hey even more than some who do. BB has been de-sludged (saved for Carl-maybe the sludge isn't best for you my friend) I've cleaned her really well to keep any possible germs at bay. She is now filled and brewing her best caffeinated goodness I could still find on the bare shelves. The kettle is on for hot tea and cocoa.

Congratulations Sir and Linda. It is great that you are able to retire and have some quality time with your family. I'm keeping you all and your mother in my thoughts and prayers. As far as fast food working, I worked for the king as my first real (not babysitting or working for my school) when I was old enough to get papers at 16. It's not the best job but I've also done worse (hotel housekeeping).

Gil I know it is very hard to not be able to see your family members. All I can do is keep you in my prayers and hope this goes quicker than what they believe and even allowing one person to visit every few days in a controlled environment. I have been thinking of all the people in nursing homes, retirement homes and also children say at CHOP or any other hospital. They have such weakened immune systems already but if you don't allow their parents around then how will they be? These are hard times.

So far my husband and sons are still working (they all work at the same place) I guess as long as construction of large buildings are still going on they will work. Two work for a fabrication company and the other a steel company. They are both owned by brothers. It's scary that they work, especially my son who delivers all over having his baby at home, it's all scary if they don't work as they are the main income.
As much as they drive me absolutely insane I'm kind of glad I have both our mothers here. The mother-in-law is over 80 with plenty of heart issues. Mine is over 50 but had lots of medical issues including having a recent heart attack and a small tumor that cause her to have blind seizures.
On a more normal note, my littley's dance teacher is setting up one on one classes for anyone who would like them. My girl wants to do this at least once a week instead of her usual two classes.
I am supposed to see my cardiologist today to go over my blood tests and see where we go from here. I am a little nervous about who will be at the office.

Now that's all about our new norm. Coffee is set up and ready for the beautiful Miss Curvy, Carl, and a cup for Sir. I have some tea for Kat and Scott. Has anyone heard how Scott has made out with Vegas shutting down? Hope he is well. Everyone have a good day and stay safe and sane. Sending lots of long distance hugs.
"School" is over for the day and I survived the first one. Two of my charges have left and only one more is still here. She and my littley have settled in to watch the Corpse Bride. We had some fun with our work today. It kind of amazes me the different level of education between districts. My school was very organized and sent home work dated for each day. We had each subject including their "specials." My nephew's district sent ideas for activities to do so I copied my littley's work and I was amazed at all the site words she could read and how few he could. They are both in kindergarten and you'd think learning at the same level.

Now I'm listening to Gov Murphy which has many places being closed including bars, restaurants, movie theaters, gyms, etc. I've also heard that they may be putting us on a curfew between 8pm and 5am. I am glad this place is open 24 hours to have some connection with people.
I'd love a mid-afternoon drink please. I will try to get to some of the new stories as I can. Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.
Good early morning. I can't sleep so I might as well convince BB it's time get ready for the masses. She's been de-sludged (saved for Carl) rinsed out and filled with non bottled water and coffee I have stocked up. The kettle is on for anyone ready for some tea or cocoa.

Linda glad you were able to get everything you needed and tacos sound lovely.
Bill that's great news about your wife. I hope you will be able to see her soon.
Jeff I have ramen that I bought before the crisis when my littley was not feeling well.
Vanessa you're beautiful.
Rachel I agree with how many wonderful stories that were in this comp and every comp.
Kat glad you're ear is doing better. Enjoy the beach.
Sara did you say tequila? Can I join you and Rachel?
G homeschooling is going to be something here. It would be great with just my girl but I have my niece's children and cousins child as well. That's a two year old, two five year olds and a six year old. As for dance class I just bought her a nice mat to practice her cartwheels and other tricks. I have her routines recorded for her to practice
Seren I know what it's like to be that shy. Even here on lush where we are more anonymous than most places I have a hard time. Take a deep breath and think what you want to say, type it, and close your eyes and press enter.

I just read that bars and restaurants in PA are closed. I'm sure Jersey will soon follow.
My faith in Americans has truly diminished in the wake of all of this. I honestly cannot believe how people have been. My son was at Wal-Mart and saw someone's whole cart full of baby wipes, he asked her if she had a baby, of course she said no, my son said I do and many others as well what are we supposed to do for our baby when you people take all the wipes. My littley understands so much more than most adults. This was one of her drawings:

I'm not too worried about tp shortage I have plenty of yarn if needed.

Rachel I found some pretty tp for you

Now who needs some coffee or tea? I have clean mugs of coffee for beautiful Miss Curvy and Carl. I also have some tea ready for lovely Kat and Scott.
I hope everyone survives Monday.

(Sorry for the rambling)
Good morning. BB has been rinsed and de-sludged, saved for Carl, filled with some non corny-virus water that comes straight out of my well, the kettle is on, and the mugs have been gathered and rinsed. I've set out some scrapple, eggs, french toast and sausage for everyone.

Vanessa, I'm sorry all of your plans have been cancelled. This is all a first for everyone, with sports cancelled and shows too. Our country seems to be in a state of lockdown. Things will eventually get better.

Bill, I am going to check Amazon and see if they have any that are not priced extremely high. I know there has been a lot of price gouging.

Sir, I'm sorry to hear it has been brought to your state. I know how difficult it will be if everything gets shut down there. I pray for your safety as well as everyone's here daily.

We do not have any confirmed cases in my county, yet, but there is one at a nearby hospital. Our shelves are pretty bare at all stores. We have plenty here though. I am going to attempt to get some reading and writing done this weekend.

I've set coffee out for the beautiful Miss Curvy, Bill, and Sir. I have tea for the lovely Kat (whom can now hear) and both Scotts. Maybe someone will bring in some pie to celebrate PI day. Hope everyone has a safe and great weekend. Sending hugs to all who will still accept one.
Just checking in, with the craziness of the world, I hope everyone is staying safe. I know when routines get changed or life ends up in an uproar our mental states sometimes can't handle the anxiety of it all. I know I will have my littley as well as my nephews all home until the end of the month. Sanity may just go out the door. ?

If you are feeling anxious, worried and need a friend please don't hesitate to send me a message. I will always return your message as soon as possible. Please don't let your anxiety get the better of you. Talk to someone.
Good evening all. I hope everyone is staying safe. New Jersey has pretty much shut down. If you don't hear from me please check on me. I am not ok I will be homeschooling two kids while also having a 3 year old and on some days a 2 month old until the end of the month at least. My kindergartner has brought home packets of science, language arts, and math work as well as some work from gym, art, and music. Wish me luck on my first official teaching gig lol. All schools in NJ and PA among many other states are closed. I have plenty of food and yes tp and Lysol etc but I truly think I better go to the liquor store and stock up. Seriously though, I am seeing so many states closing down everything. Lockdowns in all the nursing homes and the elderly not able to get what they need. This definitely has shown how much humanity has gone down. People fight over things in the stores and stockpile everything. My best friend is very sick. She will never be well. She had cancer, before that her lungs were damaged from medication a doctor had given her too long, and she had a tumor removed from her spine which left her with nerve damage. She cannot find antibacterial soap or Lysol. Things she needs all the time. She already pretty much self quarantines herself every winter as a cold for a normal person will put her in the hospital with pneumonia. We are checking all the stores to find some for her but it's ridiculous. I found some gloves today from of all places an automotive paint supply store.

Now can I please have a double shot of tequila with a bottle of NyQuil that I think is still behind the bar so I can just go pass out for awhile. Sending everyone hugs.
Good morning everyone. BB is de-sludged (saved for Carl) and filled with her wonderful elixer. The kettle is on for tea and cocoa. I hope is Carl bringing donuts today as I don't have anything.

I've been watching our country shutdown slowly and this morning they say that NJ has the first case community spread with 8 people diagnosed without any known origin. Scary for this. My littley is still going to school but I'm unsure how much longer that will be. I've been trying to keep a little humor with all of this craziness going on. I know how bad this is but I've seen some really funny memes and posts.

Welcome back Vanessa, SugarBaby I'm sorry to hear it has finally touched Alaska. Please stay safe. Kat it sucks you had to reschedule. Bill I do hope your wife is feeling a little better soon.

It's raining here in Jersey but going to be in the 60'sf. Feels a lot like spring. With all the sports cancelled and shows I hope people have ways to stay sane at home. It's definitely a good time to reconnect and check-in with yourself and family. Take time to turn off the news for awhile and enjoy a game or good conversation with each other. (I will be the first to say that this can be difficult) I hope everyone is staying safe today and this weekend.
I am going pour some coffee for Carl, the beautiful Miss Curvy, and whomever is next in. I also have some tea for the lovely Kat and both Scotts. Have as good of a day as you possibly can.
It has been quite some time since I've posted here. It seems today we need more positive vibes than ever.

According to the national alliance on mental illness, 20% of Americans have experienced a mental health problem in the past year, and 4% experience a mental health issue requiring clinical attention (i.e. therapy and/or drugs).

Have you ever experienced a mental health issue?
Were you diagnosed? If so, what was your diagnosis?
Did you get help?
a) If so, what kind of help?
b) If so, did it help?
How do you cope with it?

I have serious trauma issues (from verbal, mental, and sexual abuse) and PTSD. I also have been diagnosed with anxiety, clinical depression, and at a time a personality disorder. I have attempted suicide on more than one occasion and ended up on a suicide watch.

Because of each of these I have very low self esteem, poor body image, and put everyone and everything before me. I don't go out often or see very many people unless it is a doctor or someone at a store. I force myself to go to dance classes weekly for my littley.

I've been in some form of therapy most of my life except for a couple years. I am currently in therapy as well as see a psychiatrist.

I have taken different medications throughout my life. Zoloft, Xanax, Wellbutrin.

Coping can be difficult. I try to keep journals, i also try a three good things a day talk with my littley which makes you focus on the positive. I also have started notebook called innerguide. I am between counselors at the moment and have not taken the time to keep up on any of this.
Good morning Rumpies family. BB is de-sludged (saved for Carl) cleaned out and filled with bottled water that I am hoarding (jk) and some black gold coffee. The kettle is rinsed, filled and set to boil. I have mugs ready for beautiful Miss Curvy, Carl, and Sir Johnathan as well as cups of tea for the lovely Kat and both Scotts. I've brought along some fresh bagels as well as donuts for y'all.

Not much going on today. The dryer repairman is supposed to be here between 830 and 4. We will see when that is. I'm also getting to watch my grandson for a couple hours. That of course always makes me smile.

I hope everyone is doing well. These times definitely need patience from everyone and kindness for all. I know it is getting very frustrating in many places with people hoarding non-perishables and paper products. We need to do the best we can and remember that some people may have elders at home or have a compromised immune system. Some people are just out and out scared. I know here in my house my mil is really nervous and worried about everything. She watches the coverage all day long. I believe we will get through this if people would remember that washing hands and covering your mouth when coughing/sneezing is not a new thing. It only takes a little common sense. Idk these are just some thoughts of mine.

I'm rambling now. I guess that is what I get for being up since 4am. I'll stop now with a hug for anyone who needs one. No worries the virtual kind aren't contagious.
Good morning Carl. Thank you for the set-up and those yummy Boston Cream donuts.

Sir, I am glad to hear you are feeling a little better. I hope we have a better time with the dryer repairman coming tomorrow. I filed my claim with the warranty company so I hope that means it was passed along.

G- I feel you with your dealings with the hospital and hospice. Too many people have succumbed to that damn cancer. I'm sending you hugs and prayers for strength.

Not much going on here today. The first person has died from the corny-virus here in Jersey. Yesterday we all received paperwork from school about what will happen if the CDC closes them down. We will be doing homeschool over the internet in order to keep the days counting towards the 180 they must go. My littley is learning her third recital dance and I'm absolutely amazed at how well she is doing. She still has one more to learn but I have faith in her and her teacher. She will be dancing tap, ballet, hip hop and jazz. There is also some gymnastics mixed in as well. She is getting very strong and can almost do a cartwheel and handstand.

Now I will have my tea while she is getting ready for school. Hugs to all who need one.

I am thinking of a tune to go with Bertha this morning
Powerwolf Demons Are A Girl's Best Friend

The beauty of meds and the ability to use one's plumbing is a Godsent

Enjoy your week my friends

Berha (not to go today) as I sit here listening to the music

Good morning Carl. You played one of my littley's favorite songs. Thank you for the set-up. Glad you are feeling better. I was quite busy yesterday and didn't get to check on you.

Good morning Beautiful Miss Curvy. Glad you aren't dealing with any of the crisis from the corny-virus. We have several cases in Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I'm on the border of PA and less than two hours to NYC. Our shelves have been empty of any type of disinfectants. Makes it hard for people who care for elders and young children at home.

Sir, I am glad Sugarbaby could get her shot. Her employer definitely was not thinking that through. I hope you are able to stick up on all you need. Hopefully today is a better one. My littley says good morning to her favorite fireman.

I have another busy day. Hopefully I'll have some free time after I call the repairman for my dryer. It stopped working yesterday which also means a trip to to laundromat. A doctor's appointment and dance class round out my day. Now I'll enjoy that tea.
Good morning, Grace. I will have your coffee ready shortly.

BB is de-sludged, (saved for Carl) rinsed out, and filled with of her caffeinated goodness. The kettle is on for tea and cocoa.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Was not really online much yesterday so I will catch up on what I missed soon. Today is going to be a beautiful 70f here in Jersey. Not too much going on here.

Here's your coffee Grace. I've set up a cup for beautiful Miss Curvy, Sir Jonathan if he pops in, and Carl, who says he will stop by today. I also have tea for beautiful Kat, and both Scotts.

Have a great Monday. If you're not used to the time change yet today is national napping day.
Good morning beautiful Miss Curvy. Thank you for your set-up and the tea. It's sad to see how many of our wonderful Rump family are going through such rough times.

G- my thoughts are with you always. Sending prayers for strength for you to be able to endure what lies ahead. Cancer Sucks. It has touched each of us in some way. Hug those kids close and I'm sure you're keeping their spirits up with your humor.

Miss Curvy I will pass your message on to Carl. He thinks he should be in a better place once the meds start working and he'll be bringing us music and doughnuts.

Jeff your girls are very lucky to have you to fight for them. You are a great dad and I know you will do what you feel is best for those lovelies.

Kat I hope the ENT will find some answers for you. I'm glad you can hear a little better.

Gil amongst all the stress of taking care of those around you I hope you find a way to take care of you to rejuvenate. I know that can be easier said than done being I can tell you that but not do the same.

Sir I hope you have a little relief for your shoulder. In pain is a horrible way to live. I had my s/o to the chiropractor last evening. He is unable to turn his head to far left or raise his arm. Dr. Mark helped him some. He may need a couple more sessions.

I got some good news yesterday, my doctor finally has all the information he needs to get approval from my insurance company for my neurostimulator. It's a long process with a long recovery but it will be worth it in the end. I live in constant pain but this week it's worse. I have the worse backache ever. I think I over did it by walking the garbage cans down my driveway (2 full cans 1/10 of a mile) this on top of the new issues I was having tests for. I think before my surgery I am going to find a massage therapist to do something for me. I've had one once when my boys were younger, they (meaning my mother-in-law) got me a gift card. Finally my littley was able to dress up for school yesterday. She was thrilled to where her Anna costume from Frozen 2. She was singing and everything. Last night she wrote me a letter. She is really too sweet. I love her to death. Now I'm done rambling to y'all. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Greetings to all in a TGIF sort of way. Thanks to the efforts of Tonya and Curvy, Big Bertha has been primed for a day of putting out as only she can do.

This is an official Fuzzy alert. The last time Carl reported in for duty was Monday when he indicated he was dealing with a rough spot on his road of life. Like most of this crowd, Carl has more than his fair share of potholes to negotiate.

;)

Good morning, Bill. Just an update on Carl. He's doing ok but under the weather. He is off to the VA doc today. Hopefully they give him some of the good meds along with that good Purell.

I'll have another cup of tea while I am relaxing and reading.
Good morning beautiful Miss Curvy and thank you for the set-up. I will collect and rinse the mugs for you.

I was out yesterday to buy some supplies for my littley's classroom. I couldn't believe there was very very little disinfectants. I was able to get some wipes and lysol. We all try to keep the teacher supplied especially during cold season. There isn't any sanitizer anywhere around here. Thankfully I had some of that already. New Jersey has only two confirmed cases. One of those is a doctor from NY, which now has at least thirty-two confirmed cases.

Sir, I hope that you and your lovely wife are able to stock up on all your supplies. Also I truly hope you don't have to deal with price gouging. I'm also thinking of you as you prepare for surgery. When I tore my meniscus last year I had about six weeks of PT.

Welcome to our corner of lush James_Gina. You've wondered into the best cyberbar this side of the web. The people here are some of the most amazing you'll find. Please put your drinks on my tab today and by mine I mean Ping's.

Kat it's great to hear that you are healing slowly. I'm praying they find some answers for you.

It's finally Friday and the last day of the comp. I am trying to read as many entries as possible. As always there are some extraordinary entries from incredible authors. I do not envy the judges.

Now I will have my tea as I dress my littley up as Anna (Frozen) for school. The students have to fill their "star jar" and then are able to vote on something special to do. They are definitely filling it much quicker now. Enjoy your day and stay safe and well.

Happy birthday to one of sweetest people I've met here. I hope you have a wonderful day and all your wishes come true. You deserve all the happiness in this world.
Good morning lovelies. Big Bertha has been de-sludged (saved for Carl) rinsed and filled with her caffeinated goodness. The kettle is on for tea and cocoa.

Thank you Annie for the glowing review of my comp story. I really enjoyed writing this one.

Thank you Gil for helping with the clean up here. I understand how tiresome it is taking care of family members. I hope you are also taking care of you (I know easier said than done). I also hope you got some sleep.

Sir, I hope the injection gives you some lasting relief. I have the same issues with my knees. I truly hope the MRI will give you answers. The corny virus has now hit a little closer to home. There have been at least eleven confirmed cases in NYC with at a thousand people being asked to self quarantine. The stores here are out of masks and sanitizer so far. It's all getting scary.

I have coffee waiting the beautiful Miss Curvy and Sir. I also have tea ready for Kat and the Scotts.

I'm taking my s/o for a stress test this morning. Just routine after his heart attack. I'm also going to get my grandson today as his mommy is going back to work for a few hours. I hope Thursday finds everyone doing well. Sending hugs for all.

Good morning Rumpies. I've de-sludged Bertha (saved for Carl), cleaned her all out and filled her with some fine water from my well and the best coffee I could find (Folgers). She is all ready to serve you. The kettle is on for tea. I've also brought in some of Chris's birthday cake.

Not much going on on this hump day for me. I did get my last test result back and it seemed within all normal ranges to me. We will see what the doctor says.

My littley had her other dance class last night and the teacher tries to have fun with the kids. Yesterday was dress like your dance teacher day. My girl was the only one who do. She proceeded to be the "teacher" the whole night. She repeated and followed everything. In doing this I have to say her ballet was really good. This is her second dance she is almost finished with.

A mild day here in Jersey with temps in the 50'sf. It seems for us that March is coming in like a lamb. We'll see if that means it'll go out like a lion.

Well now I'll get a cup of coffee ready for each Carl, beautiful Miss Curvy, and Sir. I have some tea for the lovely Kat ready. I'm going to have my tea and enjoy the quiet for another few minutes. Enjoy your day all.

Tea, coffee, fine lickers anyone?

Happy birthday darling. I hope you have a wonderful day. May all your dreams come true. You deserve everything you wish for and so much more.
Good morning. Bertha has been de-sludged (saved for Carl) rinsed out and refilled with some of the best Columbian brew I could find in Jersey. The tea kettle is heating up. While they are both finishing there perspective jobs I've gathered the mugs and glasses from yesterday. They have been washed and set out to dry.

I've set a cup of coffee out for the Beautiful Miss Curvy, Bill, and one for the road for Carl as well as some ready for Sir's return. I have some tea ready and waiting for the lovey Kat and both old and new Scott. I will wait for Carl or Beautiful Miss Curvy to being some treats.

I'm still working my way through comp entries. I believe once I read Sara's that I have gotten all Rump's Patton's. If I missed yours please let me know.

Not much else going on today. Just another Tuesday with some rain showers here. I hope everyone has a great one. Sending warm hugs to all who wants it needs one.
