Omg, lol.
A little bird told me we're likely looking at the 12th...
Yeah. It ain't pretty.

I wouldn't count on the eighth. As an avid entree (not the food) I've found that results are usually announced a few days after the intended date. But I agree on the strong field. I would find it enormously difficult to judge especially with so much variety.
I'll have a Hãnnah, please.

Good morning fellow rumps peeps. Reservations are made to visit the school next week in Ohio. This is all kinda scary and exciting. He is my baby boy. He was the baby until 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my special gift. Decided to try to read a book to try to get back into the groove. I am unable to finish a story or poem even when the idea is formed. My backlog is huge and I am so sorry. Coffee please Bill. Hope the rest of you are ok and don't mind me rattling away here. Just a bit off today.

Greetings to all good, and especially the bad, Rumplators Coffee's coming up. Scott, yours has a slug of BBB added. Larry, you seem suspiciously chipper this Tuesday morning.
Any word on the contest. Best I recall, the results are due to be exposed on or about Friday.
There was a thunderous lack of replies to my question about what folks thought about the new 'second ending' feature. That fine, just by golly, by geez just fine as frog's hair. So here's your second chance to spill your beans on the issue.

Yo Rumpapumppump. Jolt me up please. And make it a big one. Big enough to hide behind. Hide from Hannah I mean. Never did get any more of my story written, lol.
Verbal told me I'll be in the Superbowl next year. I'm pretty sure that's what he meant. I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully I get to show my nipples at halftime.

As a wise, sage, astute non-observer of life posted on FB, "The SB was almost as exciting as the Alabama vs Georgia college national championship game. ;)

I, on the other hand, might have made use of this in the last couple episodes of the Wedding Interrupted series since I was wrestling with various possible endings. I will not, as Beffer suggest, go back and add them now but it's something I might get some mileage out of down the road.

For the record, Oscar would never say that. He'd call them all JACKASSES!
For those that don't know this couple, they are from one of the funniest Canadian shows EVER - Corner Gas.
The star and creator is a comedian named, are you ready for this... Brent Butt. No shit. Damn funny guy.

I've reached an age where I'm starting to care a little about the Super Bowl. At least, I feel less of a need to make snarky comments about all the padding and the whole 'oh no, we lost the ball, better have a break for a couple of minutes and put an entirely different team out there' thing. Now, to read up on who's actually playing this year...
Coffee for me too please, with or without an added umlaut.

Well I think the second version is much more polished – but it was interesting how you went from 'crying' to 'sad'; and because I can't see what the rest of the story is about I wonder why you switched them, and once you had, did you ever consider dropping those first two sentences? I mean, why did you choose not start the story at: 'She woke at 5am…' I really like that sentence and the two that follow: they make it clear to me she was sad.
I can say this because I've never read the story and so I can claim ignorance when you tell me the reason.
PS: Thanks for not making me feel a total thread loser.

Happy 'Hump Day' to all happy humpsters.
Scott, here's your coffee. Big Bertha indicates there's plenty more where that came from
The last 'new' contest entry I'm aware of is the one by, The Sensuous Lady. Before that it was Byron Lord's entry. but both of 'em have gotten comments from Buz, Sara, and moi, among others. I've never been certain when Nic pulls the plug. Guess that bugs the OCD-inclined among us.
Scott, ya ready for a refill? And whadda about the rest of you walking adverts for the blessings of zero population growth? Feel like sharing what ya wanna drink?
