I started writing here recently just to see if I enjoyed it or if anyone else would. It turned out the answer was yes to both questions! It's kind of fun, and I sometimes get aroused while writing. No particular reason other than I won't use my own image or identity for professional reasons so I pick photos of somewhat-similar looking women, usually casually dressed in ways I do (or have). I intend to change it from time to time but for now I'll probably stick with that plan.

Ideal? I guess in the 6" to 8" range for ideal but really 5 to 9 is probably just fine. Never had one bigger than 9" but would probably be ok if he knew what he was doing and was considerate. Reasonably thick is wonderful! Really, any size (within reason, not TOO skinny or tiny) is fine but it has to be hanging from a nice guy that's willing to be an adventurous and attentive lover.

I will admit that I think the bigger ones are a visual treat and fun to play with but that's just me.

Emma, I'm so sorry you're having all the medical problems in your family. That's a lot of stress and worry to deal with, I sure hope things start to get better soon. Your mantises are gorgeous! That one really does look like an orchid - there must be orchids like that in its natural habitat? What do they eat in captivity?

Town is crazy with all the holiday weekend campers and touristas. The Arkansas River Valley is a prime fishing/camping/hiking/whitewater rafting/horseback riding destination so holidays are a good time to lay low and not do any recreational stuff for us until the crowds let up. Then again every weekend between now and Labor Day will be pretty crazy.

Think I'll stay in here, hide from th crowd and demolish a few of those Fat Tires that Bill and Carl brought in for me. Thanks, guys - and hugs all around!

Oh, almost forgot - finally submitted a new story chapter for approval, so drinks are on me! (Psst! Put those on James' bill, okay? He'll never notice.)

No, I think they have a lot of stories to go through right now. I know my first one (I'm pretty new too) sat for a few days until one of the moderators jumped in and did it for me, but then someone kindly gave me a Gold membership, which moves your stories to the top of the line along with a bunch of other cool stuff. I highly recommend it and will be renewing mine if I'm still writing when a year is up.

I'd guess 4 or 5 days is not unusual right now otherwise - also, I know they only want us to submit one at a time because of the backlog.

Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been in for awhile but haven't even been here at Lush much either. Lots going on in RL, like sometimes happens. I do need a large coffee and I'll shake the last crumbs out of the donut box then set a spell.

Looks like a fun game, Kimmi! I volunteer to retrieve the rings after each round... And btw, your last micro was amazing, I just read it a little while ago. Great tiny story, you and Kis should give lessons on that.

We lucked out on the vaccine I guess. I hear a lot of people (like here) have had some issues following the injections, but all we had was a bit of a sore arm for a day after the first one and nothing at all after the second. I do feel good about having done it and am hopeful that it's as good as they claim - and we don't all sprout horns a year from now. Although, it might be truth in advertising for this horny bunch, and if we all have them no big deal! It wouldn't be like being the only one naked on a crowded beach, at least.

Speaking of naked on the beach, I'm trying to work on part 2 of my latest story (smooth transition, huh?) but haven't had much time for that either. Supposed to get cooler and have gobs of rain starting in a few days, so that might provide some good indoor writing/reading time. It will definitely require hot coffee, so keep BB fired up.

Yes Angel, Terrance is a bit outside my comfort zone for large, hairy, many-legged animals as well. I'm more tolerant of the 2-legged type, or especially the 4-legged type when it comes to hairy critters. Grace is much better with him than I am! I won't be able to take him for a stroll until he's leash-trained.

I will catch spiders and put them outside when i can rather than killing them, but we don't really have any big, bad ones arond here. The occasional black widow, but they stay mostly outside and keep to themselves. A friend here, when I mentioned my low tolerance for spiders sent me the picture below. He claims its very effective in preventing house guests from overstaying their welcome. I can understand that!



On that note, a large coffee and some scouting for whatever crumbs of treats might remain and I'm off to give hugs and kisses where needed or requested. Come here, Elyse! I'm not Jane, but I'm told I give great hugs and I've been saving one for you.

Otter pops sound good - I think I otter have one! In truth my favorite frozen treat of the everyday variety is Creamsicles, that orange/vanilla combo that's been around forever. Magnum bars are pretty incredible too, especially the raspberry/chocolate or the caramel/chocolate ones, but I think each one is roughly a million calories. A Magnum Creamsicle would be quite special, but it sounds vaguely like something that should star in a Lush story.

Good morning, glad to see the place hopping today, it means everyone made it thru another Monday! Thanks for the donuts James, I think I snagged the last one, and Michelle, the coffee is perfect! You have a magic touch with old BB, obviously. One day I'll need lessons on that although I think I might get here too late most days. I'd hate to walk in to find a bunch of angry, caffeine-deprived Rumplators waiting for me!

Think I'll lurk around awhile and be sociable then go to my corner and write some more. Maybe one day I'll get another story put together, but I'll never figure out how the more prolific among us manage it. Could try my hand at a micro maybe, just for fun? Our days are getting beautiful finally mostly in the 60s, but nights are still down around freezing so can't plant anything yet. Soon I think!

Hi Rob! In here it calls for the embed code after you click on the YouTube upload icon at the top. Other places (like for videos on my profile) it asks for the url instead, not sure why but that one got me a couple times too. Both show when you click on the video playing on YT, you just have to be sure to copy the right one, whichever the site is asking for. (Also, avoid the "url at current time" option)

Welcome, and help yourself. When you see references to 'BB' or 'Big Bertha', that's Rump's giant and glorious classic copper coffee brewer. There are pics around here somewhere and he keeps it hot and delish all day, if maybe a bit chewy as the day goes on, but fill a mug and grab a seat... umm, I meant a chair. Thanks for that information. I suppose that if someone deosn't read the forums much they might be confused about how the stories are judged but I've seen several times where people say that votes, comments and views don't matter in the final decision. I guess I thought everyone knew that so I just looked at the chart as information, being a total numbers nerd.

And my hesitation about entering doesn't have much to do with the judging process as it does with the quality of the other entries. Wow! Lots of great writing in there - I don't envy you in trying to judge this contest. (Also, I hope that if competitors are sneaking around and intentionally down-voting other stories that you take that into account when judging theirs! That's a low, cheap act.)
