Grammarly was recommended to me by one of the Mods when I first started writing here on Lush. I was new and was having issues with commas, tense, etc. I always write my stories in MS Word, then use its Editor program, and then Grammarly Pro. I find that the two apps frequently disagree about something, so I'll read the sentence with both suggestions and go with the one that sounds best to me.

Sounds like what was suggested to me when I first submitted stories. I use the free Grammarly and Mac’s Pages editor. And like, you if I get a disagreement between the two, I go with what sounds the way I think it should be.

This has happened 3 or 4 days in a row. If I log out of Lush and close my browser (DuckDuckGo) it usually resolves itself. The question is why is this happening?

Most writers try to keep their submissions in the 3 to 6 K range. There are stories on here made up of 20 or more chapters. I’d break it up into chapters. 99% of the readers aren't here to read novels, just stories.

And I agree it has failed over the last 10-15 years. We’re working our way to an imperial presidency. Congress, especially the current one, has ceded way too much authority to the preisdent. And as I said before the current Supreme Court is not just conservative, but polically biased towards conservative positions. On top of that, it’s a very weak SC.
