I really don't like the Top Author and Top Story lists.. it's a popularity list as opposed to an indication of the quality of the writing. That WW is only at 75 speaks volumes.

There are only 3 Competition winners in the Top 20, none in the Top 10 so its a list of who has a big fan base, nothing more.. but yeah, if it really matters, have the Top 30,000.. Lets drown in data

Congratulations WW, LyfBuz and Ensorceled.. three stunning stories..

Any reason why LyfBuz's story is missing from the podium on the front page?

I think it was in Nuns on the Run where they learnt it as "spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch"

Yes.. back in the late 1980s/ early 90s the threat of AIDS had drummed into us about always usjng a condom

Maybe there should be a new category called "Just Fucking" and it is the place for stories with no back story, no characters, no development - just the sex

Happy Birthday Kistin... hope Miss Pixel allows you to celebrate.. hugs and kisses xx

I am so chuffed to be one of the 3 winners.. there were so many great teases here that I hope they all become full stories.. thank you Kimmi for organising this and your twin who obviously has impeccable reading taste 😊

+1 for removing Novels from Omnium. I hadn't considered this until someone suggested it, but I realized I don't actually care about whether the category exists, but I definitely don't want to have to write an novel to get the Omnium achievement.

You dont have to write a novel. Just stick a 3000 word story with an ending giving the option for a chapter 2 and select novel... there are plenty of stories in the novel category which never became novels.. if that's the only thing stopping you getting the Omnium

Kneeling on the bathroom floor, wiping the cum from my chin, I promise for my New Year resolution that I’m not going to be the stupid slut at the end of the night in some alley, bent over with my dress hiked up.

But I love the attention. I feel it validates me. And as the clock strikes midnight, I make eye contact with a guy across the room.

Interesting suggestions coming up.

I read a lesbian story and it suggested a gay male as a similar story.

To be honest, if ive just enjoyed a lesbian tale of submission and pussy worship, a story full of hard cocks isn’t the first thing I'd consider as a read in a similar vein.

End Northern Hemispherism I say.

And to think They call the Brits 'whinging poms'... sheesh 🤣

I'm just celebrating my competitive debut. Getting ' fuckywuckydoodah' in there means I'm already buzzing!🤣

'Fuckywuckydoodah' is now up there with 'okiedokiedoggiedaddie' for words to bring a smile to your face when you read them

I do seem to recall, when I was a competition rookie (many moons ago), a certain writer also achieving two wins in a row. I was like 'Damn, how did she do that?' 😊

Three? Ha, right.

Mmmhmmm and someone's got to do it 😘

Congratulations everyone.. a superb top 3, or indeed top 10. Is that two in a row for the Thespian.. can he get a hat-trick?

The longer I've been here, the less I've published:
2020 -- 85
2021 -- 55
2022 -- 25
2023 -- 15
2024 -- 0
I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work, but I've always been a little backward.

Hmmmm i wonder what happened in 2020 that meant you had more time for writing 🤔

The link is only visible when a comp is running. But it's always available, so bookmark it if you like.

Wait, does anyone use bookmarks any more?

Thanks WW.. appreciate that x

Hi, I was trying to find the competition rules... I could have sworn there was a link to them on the competition page but it's gone now.

I can't find them in the legal section. Does anyone know where they have gone? Or have I been imagining that there are comp rules?

Thanks John, that’s good to know.

Do you know whether a resubmitted story appears as new (jumping to the top of author’s profile) after it’s republished, or does the story retain its original order of appearance? Also does the story reappear on Lush’s New Erotic Stories list?

Hi Declan, it stays where it was originally published. It doesnt go to the top of your list or back on the front page

The other issue is anonymity.. imagine providing bank statements when applying for a mortgage and they see payments at Busty Belles Big Boobs Strip Club every so often.

Youd want to make sure any payments go out of a suitably anonymous sounding conpany

34 stories in so far and almost a week to go.. still a few regulars missing - can we get odds on a raunchy last minute entry with an Aussie slant and colloquial wordplay?

The quality in this one is really good.. It's taking me a while to get through them.. must be over 200K words all in so far.

I was just wondering why the word ta boo is banned in forum posts and status updates when we have a category called tab oo.. it just seems a bit nuts.

I'm sorry, but I have to ask, having only a single language to my name -- is that a good thing or a bad thing?

It's a very good thing. Bollocks is bad but the dog's bollocks is good. I guess it's like the bee's knees

BTW: I made an Excel spreadsheet to keep track.

Excel spreadsheets are the dogs bollocks for keeping track for the Omnium.

Every time i have tried to read the Announcing the Whodunnit Competition thread. I get a site down for maintenance message but can read any other thread.

Is there sonething scandalous in there we arent allowed to read. Has been like this for last few days

“I love how Halloween brings out the slutty side of everyone,” Julie giggled, her hand brushing her boyfriend Chad’s hardening cock.

“It must be because no one knows who we are behind the masks,” she whispered, dropping to her knees.

It was as spurts of cum filled her mouth that Chad appeared in the doorway.

“Julie.. is that you?” looking from the identically dressed masked cowboy to the slutty vampire.

The AUP policy was highlighted in another thread...

"Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of England, Wales and Ireland, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to ********** ***, **** or any non consensual acts, hard drugs or any other kind of illegal activity."

How can you write a whodunnit story if you cant allude to any kind of illegal activity?

Are all the competition entries in contravention of the Acceptance Use Policy?
