There is now a link in the top right hand box on a story page, where you can add a story to your favorites. We limit 20 stories on this list (for now). You list will appear on your profile page, just below your friends list. The list is ordered, the most recently added appear first.

a number of users expressed concerns that they were appearing on completely random members friends list. the problem is that people make the association that they are that member's actual friend, when in fact they do not know the person.
it could have ramifications if certain people appeared on a friends list of someone else, without them knowing.

i was a fix to a problem with our spell checking software. i got a new version from a developer, but due to him being in a different timezone, the date modifed was actually in the future (when installed on the server). this caused all sorts of grief, so a simple fix was to push the time forward.
