I do like to whisper to some who aren't my friend but not all. I get whispered pictures I don't want either at the same time.

This should be available now from the right click context menu. Whisper On/Off toggles the ability to whisper to you for each user.

Perhaps this suggestion could be implemented by adding it to the action window where if could be selected on a person by person basis? So it would be similar to a full block, but just be limited to whispers. On another note. I have asked this before, but will mention it again. Can a turn off whisper button be added to the bar where the turn off sound and pic buttons are? It would make it so much easier than having to jump out to your settings page and changing it there.
I have added the ability to toggle the whispering ability against individual users now. Its available from the right click context menu.

I might get a notification that one of my favorite authors has posted a new story, then follow that link. I get to the page with the story then want to log in to leave a comment. I 'log in' and end up on God-only-knows-what-page and have to navigate around trying to find out where I was at.
An example: I opened a page from a link in a notification email a few minutes ago. Before I started reading the story I noticed this forum topic in the scrolling banner - and thought about this very subject/post. I clicked on 'Forum' and eventually navigated to and found this subject. Then I noticed I was viewing it as 'guest' and not 'eligible' to post so I started logging on. I logged on and ended 'lost again' because it threw me not-on-the-forum/topic-page-I-was-on. I had to re-locate and re-navigate back (now logged on as me) to this forum and this topic. It's a real problem every time I log on with a link-to-a-page or log on after I'm already 'into' a story.

You can now ensure the page that you were on is the page you visit when you login by choosing this option from your settings page:

Links in signatures open in a new tab (target="_blank"). Can that be removed please? If one wants to open the link in a new tab they can (CTRL/CMD + Click, or using the options in the context menu), but a user can not simply overrule the current setting in most browsers. It's quite annoying.

You should be able to string multiple member names together prefixed with the @
For example:

There are two ways to supply your copyright information on your stories. You can either add some content to each story that will appear just before your story begins, or you can add a link to an external site.

It doesn't matter the browser either.
it's not youtube.com/theurl it's some weird shortened url that isn't a link at all.
There was an issue our end. There were extra permissions required reading the x509 cert for this version of IIS.
Let me know if its still causing an issue.
