Once I've had an idea for a story, I rough out a plan for how it's going to go. Once that's done, I often work at different parts of it at different times. Only rarely do I start at the beginning and just write through to the end. Though it can be good to get the first couple of paragraphs done early, since they can set the style and tone of the whole thing.

Half the skill of writing a good sex story is the context - the story behind the sex. You could probably write a really effective story, based on your own experience, of wanting to have sex - then use your imagination and research to fill in the rest. Good luck!

I think "most women" who are regular members of Lush wouldn't have any problems telling their boy/girl friend that they masturbated. I know I never have. Most of my bfs seem to have accepted it as perfectly natural behaviour.
Perhaps one of the Mods could advise us as to what the "Lush Style Guide" says on the matter?

Has our friend the phantom 4-bomber from Brisbane been up to his old tricks again? It's just that my story "Dude, Where are my Clothes?", which had all 5s for ages, has suddenly had nothing but 4s all at once. And some of my others have gone the same way. I expect to get a few lower scores along the way, but not so many all at once.

Well, the 1000 limit when it came in hit me pretty hard. If I hadn't been turning down maybe 75% of my friend requests over the last 6 months or so, I'd have probably had twice that many... yeah, I know, way too many, but people just kept asking, and it was so hard to say no, especially when they said how much they liked my stories - what writer could possibly resist that sort of come-on?
Anyway, after some drastic and fairly random deleting, I got things down below the limit. But (on behalf of the many Anniemaniacs out there) - no more limits please!
I have a Kindle Fire HD and it's pretty good for Lush. Not so easy for chatting as a laptop with a keyboard, but great for reading.
