I purposely break check mustangs aka mistakes and little turtle cars that make a lot of noise but are still beside you.
And recently, I've been having fun cutting in on big ass trucks.
trucks can't stop on a dime. guessing you have a death wish or something? not to bright, quite honestly. also, drivers are trying to make a living, fucking with them, to the point of where they might dump their loads all over the back of the trailer, is just being an asshole.

Residential homeowners in San Francisco have lost $260 billion in value on their homes as home sales prices there have fallen 17%, while nationwide home prices have fallen by only about 3%.
San Francisco’s housing price decline reflects the fact that the city has lost more than 65,000 residents, roughly 7.5% of its population. San Francisco’s population loss has been the largest among all major cities in recent years.
Departing San Franciscans have on average, represented households of very high income. Between 2019 and 2021, San Francisco lost nearly $15 billion of household income, even after accounting for those who moved into the city. Taxpayers who filed 2019 tax returns from San Francisco and 2021 returns from a new location reported an average annual adjusted gross income (AGI) to the IRS of nearly $196,000 per household.
they needed to come down. home prices in SF were out of control and unstainable, which also explains the huge population loss. no one could afford to live there.

OK, Nika and I have just published the latest chapter in her saga. Find it here:
Nika’s Training Ends in Fucking
We thought we'd go for a title that was subtle and understated…
Like me, you know?

Oo, rainbow doughnuts. I'll take one with some English Breakfast tea, please.
After a rather hot week (for this area at the end of May, at least) it is back to more seasonal temperatures now. Mid-20s instead of low 30s. Ape happy. Ape not like roasting.
I see Sprite is now spinning the tunes here. And some nice tunes they are.
Good morning and hope you're having a good weekend y'all.
all gay, all day, at KSPR, baby.
