Thought I would pop in for some afternoon tea. Life has been busy beyond believe recently. Every time I think I have my pregnant daughter in a good place emotionally, something sets her off again. Sigh...
My son has waited until the 11th hour to get an engagement ring...thank goodness I know Chad's jeweler friend Richard! LOL!

Good morning, all y'all! It's been a crazy few days and it definitely feels like a Monday. Hope all who have been ailing are on the mend, all who are in the cold weather are staying warm, and all who are busy writing stories for the competition are having better luck than I am. I'm still trying to whittle my story down from the original 5500 words to the 4000 word limit. LOL. I think I am almost there...down to 4500 at least.
My pregnant daughter is doing okay for now, thanks to all who inquired. She continues to struggle with anxiety, but Mama Bear worked with her on some strategies this weekend. (I also enlisted the aid of my other two kids to be in contact with her more often). It takes a village, indeed!

Morning all y'all...spent yesterday calming down my pregnant ball of hormones daughter and it was exhausting!
I had to scrap my comp story as well for being way too long. I am working on another one. It's ok...lol

That snowman looks so sad because he melted and now he is going to get eaten! Lol. Idk, my daughter was goofing around and added tears on some of them. She took most of those home with her. But she left one for me apparently. Her bf was making ones with zombie faces that were pretty cool, but they took those with them as well. He used green frosting for those because...well...zombies. Haha!

Good morning all y'all. It's been a busy week and I have missed the banter. My pregnant daughter spent a few days in the hospital but she is home and resting now. The baby is fine, just horrible kidney stones.
I hosted the youngest and her man and his mother for 5 days. It was wonderful, but action packed.
Now I have to clean the house and I am procrastinating...so I will have a cup of tea with lemon.
I will do my best to catch up with stories and whatnot this week!!

Thanks Tonya! I’m hoping a cup of tea will help this migraine I woke up with. Nothing else has so far. Enjoy your first PTC for your littley! I got to see all 3 of my kids in one place yesterday and my I’m trying to figure out how they all grew up so fast.

Good morning Ms. Curvy and all y’all! Knew I could count on being able to grab a cup of tea while I wait for my daughter to run down and grab breakfast. We ate an hour ago, but lil miss grumpy pants declined to join us. Lol! She needed that extra hour as she is quite pleasant now.
Going to see Frozen 2 with my 6 year old grandson today and the rest of our clan. Seems fitting since I have been cold since we landed yesterday. Lol!

Stopping by for some tea and a brownie. I am interested in G's idea. I get busy from time to time but I would participate when time allows. I have so many stories that I want to read. I just need time...lol.
Just packing up and getting read to travel north...my daughter has been crying all morning (the pregnant one) and she keeps texting me making sure we are coming up. Needs a hug. Breaking my heart. Wish she had done this baby thing when I lived around the corner from her.
Ah well, she'll have her hugs in 24 hours!
