We dance so freely neath a gibbous moon.
Your pliant form yields softly to my will.
Sing out on starlit nights a haunting tune;
That wistful song you warble with a trill.

Each twinkling star is smiling at our fun, 
As waking birds start chirping as we play.
With fingers twined you giggle as we run,
And festive acts of love complete the day.

Erasing barricades that bound our hearts.
