You lay the kindling as your marking

Embers slowly sparking 

Smoke rises higher in the atmosphere 

Laying waste to all, but you my dear

Feeling the coaxing of the flames

Smouldering exactly the way you adore

You start to consume and sear my core

Mere seconds from breathless combustion 

My body so close to blissful exhaustion

Making me burn so right and bright 

Set my world ablaze morning, noon and night
