I am just thinking. Reading an inspiring book about a girl who goes missing for twenty years and then returns on Christmas Eve. She looks only slightly older than when she left. Her story is that she was taken by fairies into their world and in their time she was only gone for a year.
The preternatural or mystical theme has a growing appeal. I need to do some research.

What’s book title, please! I haven’t tackled fairies yet either. Hmmm…

Part 2 of Boardrooms & Boudoirs (Mac & Grace) is almost ready to share.
In the meantime, its taken nearly 5 years, but The Office Whore - Part 1 is approaching “Famous” status. Please take a moment to check it out. With all of my amazing followers, I know you can help Chad and Reina become “famous” in no time! 💋

I'm trying to bring my North Korea trilogy to a satisfactory conclusion. I know how I want it to end, but just can't seem to get it right 🙄

Recently I have found myself in a somewhat jaded writer's funk. The world of the fantastic, faries, and elves, has begun to intrigue me. Myths and mythical characters, biblical characters and not commonly known biblical relationships….legends. I get kernels of creativity from these things, words to be stolen, thoughts to be jumbled…i have deleted entire sections of stories and now am writing what is sometimes just garbage. This writing is far more difficult then it serms.

got excited for a moment and thought it was BoardGAMES and Boudoirs. either way, I am sure it will be excellent. ![]()
You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

Thanks! I originally called the series Bedrooms and Boudoirs. OOPS! I fixed it but now I think BoardGames might have been a fun series title. 🤣

Hi, my first reply here ![]()
I'm actually working on several stories at the moment and a recipe. Writing is not my living, it's for pleasure.
Short Story One: Working title is "To Catch A Cougar" - it's a BDSM story that is atypical for me, I generally like/write femdom, but it's a story about a young college kid and his literature tutor who is 20 years older than he is. Before she becomes his tutor, they have history that results in them not liking each other but when he needs a tutor and she shows up, things change and she becomes his submissive.
Short Story Two: Working title is "Sorority Shenanigans" - it's a story about a Sorority house for sexually dominant coeds, it's actually intended to become a audio series that someone who sells erotic audios can record and sell, but I do not have a voice artist in mind yet. The idea is basically a bedtime story, with the first audio being the free teaser and the other audios being sold. The story line is after some parental complaints, the college requires the sorority has to have a "house mother" so their solution is to purchase a submissive woman at a BDSM auction to be their house mother.
Novel: Working title is "Tastes Like Domme Spirit" - it's a novel about a dominatrix vampire, this hopefully will be a book I can sell so I do not want to go into too much detail. It's being carefully typeset in LaTeX (pronounced Lah-Techs) rewording things as necessary to achieve zero hyphenated words.
Recipe: Key Lime Pie - Every good sissy should know how to make a proper Key Lime Pie when their Mistress is having friends over. Not really an erotica, but written with the kink community in mind. I started work on this recipe to deal with writer's block.
-----
Something about all my erotica stories, I like to have background information about the characters often not found in erotic stories. I like the erotic parts to compliment the story and add depth to the story, but not necessarily be the dominating factor in the story. I also like to work proper consent and negotiation into the story, I don't like "coerced" power exchange, I like to try to find a creative way to make sure it is clear all parties involved have enthusiastic consent.
I do however like to sometimes read coerced fantasy stories (e.g. secretary catches boss embezzling and makes him her bitch), I just don't like to write them, if that makes any sense.

Just published part 6 of my 'Won't you be my Neighbor?' series. I know where part 7 is going, plot-wise, but now I just have to sit down and write it. I've also got several other rough ideas started (A radio show, an ex's sister, finding a box of porn, film school), so we'll see if any of them make it to completion. And then there's bound to be a new comp in a little while so if the theme is something I can work with, I'll probably write something for that as well.
Ha! I had all these ideas, and then went in a totally different direction. So it goes. But I can come back again to some of these. The radio show thing is probably the most intriguing to me right now.

Waiting for the next competition to be announced to be honest!
Seems like it's been awhile since the last one, so we're probably due. No idea what they've got planned though. Something around the theme of waiting and anticipation, perhaps?
Don't believe everything that you read.
I have several chapters for a few different series in the works. But I’m also working on a new stand alone story that may end up being two parts.

I have just finished a standalone story: A Good Life which I admit, stretched my writing abilities. It is very different to most stories on this site. Now, my attention turns to another standalone story, this one, much to my wife's amusement, is in the gay genre.
My comp story: The Sex Days Of Xmas
My second last story: Cash In Hand 7 - "All In The Mind" - Part 1 of 2
My latest story: Cash In Hand 7 - "All In The Mind" - Part 2 of 2

It's in my queue for later today. 😎

The Last Dance - Part One is the story I mentioned a couple of days ago. It will be either two or three parts. It is a fictional story and a little different than what I typically write. I hope readers enjoy it! 🥰

Not much. Kind of dancing around ideas. A fantasy story for StoriesSpace, probably something in novella territory length-wise. Ideas for the comp here (I have two). A couple old ideas, one of which has a fairly lengthy, partially done draft, that I keep coming back to. Can't seem to interest myself in any of them right now, though. The comp ideas are shortest given the length limit for the comp so might just target them.
A vacation encounter as a man seeks to cope with a less than merry holiday season
Today I will be working on my back and shoulders... Oh, you mean stories? I don't know, nothing but also everything I suppose.
I find it really difficult to get and then stay inspired. I write a draft or two and then delete them. The same thing happens a few weeks later.
Any tips to stay in the groove, or anyone with an idea that you can't quite finish and is open to collab, reach out. ![]()

At the moment, I am brooding on two stories. One is a competition entry, and I must look at the dialogue carefully. The next is a mess called Cafe Culture, and it is 5,000 words, which is a lot to review and change. Still, I am happy that I have storylines l like, it is a nice problem to have. 😘
This is my collection of muses and stories. Stories of note include:
Little Bird - A true story of submission and dominance set in Paris between an older couple and their younger lover.
Le Weekend - Six lives intertwined during one weekend create events that change their lives forever.
I finished my first edit early today and the dialogue came in at 55%. Whoopee. Now I am on the tinkering and polishing phase, before submitting... 😊

Unless it's completely unsalvageable, try to avoid deleting drafts. I have unfinished drafts as well as completed from 2020-2024 still wrangling about. Our brains have the gift of making anything logical. If the draft is hot enough to turn you on, you can use logic to tie it altogether for a coherent story and publish.
Yes, this is coming from a guy who needs to do the same with all of his unfinished and finished drafts from the past 4 years.
Oh, and I am currently drafting my comp piece.

Thanks, CSJ. I am just too impatient and irritable when I lose track/enthusiasm for something.
I know it's the reason I have provided so few stories, I just like to do things from start to finish with little to no interruptions.

Crikey. If I did this I think I'd have 3 published stories here, not 103. Some of mine take months and I sometimes leave them entirely in draft state for ages without looking at them. Then maybe find one of them and read it and the fresh perspective will either spark an idea and I'll carry on hacking it into shape, or it won't and I'll find another draft until it does.
Some stories I've kept around and deemed totally unsalvageable, but then another story comes along and I'll steal a single good line or thought from a draft piece and fold it into another. As far as I'm concerned, that's worth the untidy overhead of keeping drafts around unfinished.
