Is there an actual medical procedure, where a doctor checks a woman's vagina, cervix or uterus, by inserting their whole hand? If so, does this procedure have a name? Would/might this happen during prenatal care, or perhaps near the end of term, or perhaps during the birthing process? Could have an "inspection", with the whole hand, taken place at an earlier time, perhaps before ultra sound technology? Might it have been a procedure from the past? Serious question,,,just Asking the Gals!

Seems hand insertion or sexually speaking, fisting, has long been in European adult films. Regulations for N.A. films prevented showing such sexual displays, at least that's what I've been told. Although, I can't ever remember any man or woman from the mid 60's till 2000 ever talk about something like that being a sex act, coming up in any conversations. Any comments about the evolution of this sex act would interest me. I never expect a female to ever be interested in accommodating the size of my hand, but having been noticing, over the past while that some woman's hand are very small, and wouldn't be much larger in girth than my erection.

I've never heard of such a procedure. The human vagina is short enough that the cervix is pretty easily checked with a finger or two. In fact, that's routinely done in the labor suite to check on cervical dilation. I would suppose that it might be possible that in a case of a prolapsed umbilical cord that an OB-GYN or someone might shove a hand up there to keep the baby's head from crushing the cord between it and the pelvic bones. That would hold pending rapid arrival in an OR for an emergency caesarian section.

With all that said, a baby's head is much bigger than most men's hands and the vagina accommodates them just fine.

I'm not sure what the odds would be, for a vagina accommodating the hand from a man on any given night. (Even though, as you state, are still smaller than a baby's head). But I would think the percentage would be rather low. Being with roughly 60 women in my life time, some of which had already birthed 2 or 3 children, I would say that perhaps 1, might have had a vagina, open, wet and pliable enough, that potentially could have accommodated such a size. (maybe she didn't do kegals?)

I think a woman would be unique, if she had that ability, likely also unique if she wanted to try to take a whole hand.
