This isn't over, but thank you EVERYONE for supporting the fight not only by posting pictures but your personal and private experiences as well as your scars. That humbles me.

Sure it's frightening but if it frightens one person into checking themselves monthly them it's worth it. The best weapon In the fight is early detection.

I agree with you trinket, this by far is not over, and to second on your plea not only to help, but to be aware of how easily and fast this monster can creep up.

It can be a long arduous battle, or it can be a quick silent killer.
Many here are so.... aware of how to feel for pleasure, but how aware are they in their own bodies.

Ladies and gents, if you feel with in you that something is wrong, and doctor ignore, b persistent, be a pest if you must. It is YOUR LIFE! After all, b it via medicare/medicaid, private insurance, or social aid, they get paid for a well thorough visit.

One thing I will share, for those that gave their youth full perky ones to the fruit of their loins, some glands might be calcified. But those are also lumps that will develop and grow... be well aware as you feed your babes, where your nutrition travels... be aware where such milk accumulates, and those glands are a place to start your monthly self check up...

Thanks for reminding me of this. I had forgotten that when my mother found her lump herself, she went to a doctor and after examining her, told her it was a blocked milk duct. She had no reason to doubt him. 5 months later the lump became sore so she went back to the doctor. He did a needle biopsy right there. She had to go to the hospital a week later to get the results. She had breast cancer. She survived but that misdiagnosis could have cost her, her life. Like Chica said, be persistent.
Sorry.. Better late than none at all...

You tore through her body
like a beast at night,

You ravished her up
it was such a fright

We joined as sisters in this fight,
With love, compassion and strength
we are a mighty sight

You are a force with no care
You take the young, old,
mother, sister, father, brother
and whomever you dare.

So together we unite
Let us all this beast fight

And one day I hope and pray
That a cure is found
and away you'll stay!

I have dedicated this poem to my dear friends who are and have fought cancer. I love you keep strong!

Setting the girls free for a good cause. Trinket thanks for being brave enough to draw attention to a great cause. ?

They had enough fresh air, time to be covered again, giggles ?
You are a stand up lady, and I thank you for being there during hard times.
As this beast has no color race or creed, it invades lives, friends, and those around, it destroys or it strengthens those ties, the support others give can make a difference indeed.

Edited to remove picture. ?

Ummmm I'd like to point out that SJ is not the only person you're gonna send bankrupt for the cause lol. A very generous anonymous lushie has also pledged to match and donate whatever the final tally is for the boob show. Is like to point out also, the cost of the gold membership is not being taken from any of the other money raised.

Come on we need more BEWBS. LM is our in-house boob man, show us yer tits LM. !

No one is going to fine mine to be titillating, but here they are. I admire you ladies and the courage it takes to expose yourselves for a worthy cause. I lost my grandmother to breast cancer. She was a wonderful woman and was taken from us way too soon.

Thank you to all for these posts! We have to make everyone aware of what breast cancer can do...
Having been recently diagnosed myself I have become very pushy with all my friends (male and female) to get checked! I didn't have a lump and was told that without a mammogram that my cancer would never have been found. Please get checked, it could be a matter of life or death!

My heart goes out to u...

Thank you so much. You just cost me and 2 other people another dollar. A dollar well spent lol. You're a gem.
I am going to burn this PC when I can afford to get a new one. Always duplicating. Not that interesting to post twice. Sorry.

Well, I have just had the best form of breast cancer, from diagnosis to lumpectomy only about 3 months. Found on a mammogram (hadn't bothered to get one in 6 years). Could not be felt. I did a lot of studying and talking with specialists and found them fully forthcoming and the entire experience was filled with the most caring people. But the type of surgery choices were explained and left to my decision. All in all, a great experience because of the caring I was surrounded with by medical staff and my friends (some on here, esp. ManOfSorrows) and family. So, here is a picture of my type of breast cancer: The third one down from top.

This is a wonderful thread.

I reckon that counts as a boob pic. Cause I said so.

I will update the list on the OP tomorrow. If you don't see your name in there tomorrow and you think it should be, please message me.

Oh that's EST. it's 2 am Tuesday morning in Oz. good night people's xx
First, a very special thank you to Trinket for getting the ball rolling. This cause is dear to my heart. My grandmother lost both breasts to cancer before eventually losing the battle. Her strength and courage continue to be an inspiration to me. In that spirit, I'd like to match donations for qualifying submissions, and also crank it up a notch. In addition to the $1 for each submission, if we reach 100 entries I will double it and donate $200 of Canadian "funny money" to BCRF. Thank you to all of my friends for supporting the cause, especially my lovely wife who bared it all early on when this thread was still picking up steam. For what it's worth, here are mine:

Call to arms, Lush! Show it off for a good cause and MAKE me spend my money! After all, it's only money, and I make it every day - LIFE is the true treasure.
I hope you dont mind Lisa but as you said earlier this thread is attracting a huge audience .. a massive 4000 views in just 5 days .. I thought that was worth mentioning smile.

This pic speaks for itself however I'd ask that if anyone has another place they can repost this, it would help breast cancer awareness. If it saves one life, it's worth it. Please post it over and over wherever you can.

Feel free to post your titties here.
Lisa xx

DO NOT POST PICS OF TIDDIES YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO POST.

Due to a lack of posting in this thread, would it make a difference if I said I will donate $1 to BCRF for every person who posts their tiddies, AND they would go into a draw for a gold membership?

HOWEVER there will only be a draw if we have at least 50 entries. (Yeah I thought it sounded a lot too but look at how many members there are on lush.) the draw will be on November 1 EST. Multiple pictures will still only be counted as one entry for the draw. Those who have already posted will go into the draw. If the winner has a current membership, this membership will be added to your existing one and will give you an extra year on top of what you already have.

This competition is open to both Men and Women over the age of 18 years old.

You may gift your gold to someone else.

The prize membership is not redeemable for anything other than a Lush Gold Membership.

I will be picking the winner via names in a hat. I can't be bothered with keeping track of numbers. The skunk is better at this than me but also smellier.

I'll keep a list of entries on the OP.

Thank you for supporting Breast Cancer Research.

A very generous lushie, who wishes to remain anonymous, has pledged to match my donation at the end of the competion. Thank you ANON.

This was beautiful... thank you much love to you
My contribution to the cause. I know there's only one, but c'mon John and Trinket, it's worth the full £ or $ isn't it?

So I just saw this thread today. I'll upload my boys, along with some scars. I haven't had breast cancer, but I did have surgery for prostate cancer and kidney cancer this year.

Thank you for your submission Frank but if I was to take a guess I would bet everything I own that those aren't your boobs. They are still worth a dollar though. P.s. I reiterate, I am not a closet lesbian.

so... you're out of the closet, then?

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

The Queen says I am right

Like we care what the Queen has to say. The bottom line is this... we speak a bit differently... and that's what makes things so awesome.
As I was reading though this thread, I see that sadly I've got some of the "higher" risk factors to get breast cancer & to be honest... that scares me a lot. A dear friend of mine from high school had stage 2 breast cancer and lost both of her breasts. My son's 3rd grade teacher, the year he had her also had stage 2 breast cancer. Happily, both of these amazing ladies are alive and well.

So, in honor of them... I have two more pictures. One is an awesome tattoo... the other is a t-shirt both of these ladies wear with pride.

As I stated before, I won't post a picture of my real breasts. Trinket... what you are doing is simply wonderful and I applaud you efforts... but for me... my profession... my marriage... a picture of my breasts on the internet could ruin me on multiple levels. God Bless You Trinket.
