Idea is fine

Currently the new chat platform is requiring even longtime members to verify in order to chat. That will be a major issue for members with privacy concerns.

First, there is a difference between being sour and being realistic. And second, I was just making a statement in answer to yours, nothing sour about it. Merely the truth. And, by the way, it's interesting that you say we are under new management. We were led to believe that the new company was just rewriting Lush under a new platform, not that we had been sold out to them. Nice to know the real story.

Back and forth aside, please help me to understand the end goal of you voicing your complaints in nearly every thread in which you choose to post.

It’s been made clear the site is still under development. Due to the quick nature of the switch, some features just aren’t available…yet.

This site is never going to look like “old” Lush. There are some functions that are underway, and are being made to be more intuitive to give us some of the convenience that we’re used to from the previous version of Lush. You’re free to continue to express your malcontent, of course. It’s just incredibly unproductive. Your digs are also incredibly unwarranted, and also unproductive.
