I change it up all the time. In the colder weather I'm in the gym more, but when weather allows I'm trail running, biking or backpacking.
For me the combo of yoga and running keeps my figure trim and sexy. I like food and alcohol too much not to do these thing religiously. If I didn't my hips and ass would get way too big for my liking since I'm pretty well endowed in my butt naturally. lmao! haha didn't notice the pun until I finished typing it lol
I'm lucky the company I work for has a summer AND a winter fitness program!! in the summer I cut grass, weed whack, move mulch, edge beds, trim bushes (not that kind unfortunately) and fix equipment. In the winter I shovel snow, plow snow, apply salt, move salt, lift snow blowers in and out of trucks, and fix equipment.
I get up and walk around. I don't believe being fit is good for you - the longest lived people in the world live in a little village in Italy and do very (that is very) light exercise. Cats are one of the most agile creatures in the world and they don't make any unnecessary moves. smile
I do a fitness boot camp at work twice a week. I've recently added weights a couple of days a week but sometimes I just do the treadmill depending on my mood.
Treadmill and recumbent bicycle
Video games and masturbation
I do a bit of running and cycling. And I try and watch what I eat - most of the time! And a good sweaty fuck burns off a few calories!

Why not join my popular Lush Group One Tit Out Group | Lush Stories? For all those who enjoy pictures of women showing just one boob. Lots of cheeky flashes and accidental slips. Come on, you know you want to! Annie xxx

I run slowly! recently started with weights after a freind pestered me!
Pilates, interval training, vegetable juice and good sleep.
Lately, a lot of running, swimming laps, lifting weights, bicycling whenever possible, a masochistic number of sit ups and stomach crunches, and martial arts sparring.
Boxing. Boxing. Boxing. smile

Sign up, you won't regret it. I've been to traditional gym and other stuff... even jogging.. I just like the boxing training.. it keeps me moving. Plus I get to punch to release my stress and other stuff... Try kick boxing too in case boxing suits you.

I work out with a trainer, and we mix it up (planks, which I hate with a passion, weights, yoga (or is it Goya? Don't ask), swim every day. We have a pool, so even when I skip the gym, and Lord knows it's been a lot lately, I feel like I did something. May start bicycling, should be fun.
I hit the gym 6 nights a week. Weights, Running, cycling and high intensity training keep me going. I used to swim every now and then but didnt get as much of an effect from it. I used to do a bit of boxing as well which worked wonders.
Walk home from the pub when I'm too drunk to drive.
free weights, pull up bar (I'll do an unassisted one some day!), and kayaking/paddle boarding. I've also done a bootcamp program to get me out of an exercise funk.
Finding things that hold my interest has always been the trouble for me. I went through a phase of trying everything and anything until I found sports/exercises that I was enthusiastic about and excited to do!

For me, I like to socialise while I keep fit. I'm a member of a local tennis and running club. I met different people in the several gyms I tried out and now we go to one and enjoy the competition of working out together. I enjoy a fantastic kick boxing session with a chap I met through yoga classes and swim a good few times a week with a girl friend.

It would seem that as long as my brain and jaw are getting a workout simultaneously, I'll do just about anything, hehe!
I just acquired a bike, so I've been riding that lately.

Running - Every morning for 30-60 mins with short interval breaks. (60 mins only on those days whenever I'm feeling totally insanely mad !! - Best way is to take it out on your work out)
