I tend to do crossfit and run as much as I can
Jog, Swim, walk a bit and some sex.
After working 14 hour days, my work out routine involves an energy drink and a Twinkie.
I am a runner, ride my bicycle to work every day (weather permitting), lift weights, climb stairs, never use elevators which is a good thing...I live in a three story house.
Well just where to start here... most days:
10 mile run
50 lengths in the local swimming pool
30 minutes in the fitness room
Healthy breakfast of fresh fruit and nuts
After work... repeat. My body is my temple.
walking, swimming, biking.
Then as much sex as I can.
Cigarettes, Alcohol and Coffee

I run about 3-4 times a week. It is usually ends up around 25 miles per week. Unless I'm training and then that doubles. I take about 45-60 minutes a day for yoga practice.

Random sessions on an exercise machine and I walk/run when I can. I am on my feet most of the day and I get tons of steps in. I do eat healthy.

Get a personal trainer you would totally fuck. It's extremely effective.
Minimum of 2-3 hours of manual labor each day. In the last 30 days since knee surgery theres been physical therapy. Don't eat like a Amerriicun. Sex whenever I can get it.
