If I may. The other member I mentioned did indeed have an account previously but that may or may not be relevant to the fact that he received the same email as you. I have not implied that you are lying and apologise if you think that was implied.

Right .. I have literally just been informed by one more member that they too received the same email one day after they joined. This is looking more and more like a bug. I will report this through immediately.

Brother, Even in that case, I need an assurance from the site owner that I haven't been harmed by that suspicious mail that I had received from her site. I can't take moderators word for it. They just work voluntarily for the site owner, but they are not the site owner.

It isn't just any matter. If it were, I haven't asked for her (Nicola) to personally assure me. I got a suspicious wrong mail from her (Nicola) site. Not only in my Lush account, but also in my Email account. Don't believe it. check the pics I have uploaded on profile. I don't see it as "any matter" and Please don't make it about you.

All relevant information has been received. Others have come forward saying they have received an email identical to yours, which leads us to believe there is a glitch in the system causing these emails to be sent out/received. Gav, our site tech expert, is aware of this issue and will soon shed some light on the situation. Until then, further correspondence on the matter should be done privately.

In the meantime, please keep a few facts in mind:

1. If you did not give anyone your credit card information, we do not have your credit card information.

2. Lush does not accept direct credit card payments...or any other form of direct payments. All payments for premium memberships are processed safely and securely by a third party site (Paypal, I believe). This prevents anyone, site owner included, from seeing your information.

3. If you suspect fraudulent activity on your credit card, like you've already been informed, it's best you take it up with your credit card company. I assure you that this has nothing to do with Lush because we do not have such access to charge anything to your account.

4. I understand that this situation is frustrating, and we are getting to the bottom of it. Please be patient and give us time to do so.

5. Opening multiple threads and demanding an audience is not going to make things happen faster. You are not being ignored, but you must allow us to fully investigate the situation.

6. When a resolution is reached, you will be notified immediately.
