What are the parameters for "famous" and "legendary"

I'm curious how a story meets the criteria. and while I'm at it, how does audio work? publish a story in "hardcopy" then submit the recording after the fact?

Famous is a story with 30,000 views, Legendary is 100,000. And then there is Millionaire which for writers with 1,000,000 views across all stories.

I don't have the process for audio at my fingertips but there's a thread here somewhere. I am sure someone will give you a link to it.

Or in my case, Quite Unlikely, Most Unlikely, and Utterly Unlikely.
