We tend to bring up the site being down often but we stick around.

I prefer lush to have the hiccups or certain parts of the site to be down then wander off looking for another adult site that we all know doesn't compare to lushstories.

(Mind you, I have nothing to compare lush to as I'm a lushhoe through and through.)

We'll just deal with minor hiccups here or there.

I first joined Lush in early 2015, und I know you have been here forever, so I can't tell you anything you don't already know.

Maybe if Lush gives some really great incentive to Gav like a paid vacation, or truly allows him to spend some money I can imagine he would like for upgrades?

I think he has always done great keeping Lush going considering many things,
this ist why I would hope Lush has shown him proper appreciation,
but I was just joking about the vacation thing, though that would be nice of them to do for him, und most any server tech would like upgraded equipment to work with always,

Yep you're right, Lush isn't his main responsibility he once told me, which compliments his help to Lush even more I think.
After the Lushtube first came online, it was bad here for many months, the whole site going down, especially on weekends, but I think Gav put in another upgraded server to fix it then finally.
Lush had 7 servers at one time if I remember right. I don't know now since they added the Livecams awhile back, but I'm sure if it needs fixing, Gav will get it done when he has the time as always.
So I can see no benefit to complain about it much either.
It's not like Lush doesn't know about the problems already.

Lushstories is enormously thankful to all of its members who support the site by purchasing a premium membership. Every effort is being made to improve the performance of the the website in order to keep things running smoothly. Some major changes have taken place recently, including the launch of a mobile version of the site, so there is an awful lot of complicated technical work that has been undertaken and is still to be completed by people with a limited amount of time available to spare the tasks.

The issues experienced seem to be fairly sporidic and relatively shortlived in duration, but every instance is logged and investigated to see if we can either correct the fault which caused it or make changes to minimise the risk of it happening again in the future.

Please be assured that these issues are in good hands with our resident spacetrooper / code monkey Gav who is on the case.
