LOL. A lot of people talk about jumping the shark (from a Happy Days episode) but coming out of the shower would be another good term for a series going off the rails, eh. The producers and writers were really hard up to play that card.

I have an idea but not sure where it goes. And it's one of my quiet, slightly melancholy romances and I really need to write something wacky and over-the-top here to get my head of a rut it's in.

Fly that weird and wacky flag, Mr Ape! But... penguins are taken, so... figure out something else 🤣

Well, I could go with ... orcas ... heh heh...

And I first introduced Kate as a university student whose first time kind of sets the stage for her new story.

Ok. So Im going for a take on the Stanford Prison Experiment where they simulated a prison only one person didnt get the memo and does what he can to survive his time “inside”… (consenting of course). Does that fit within the comp rules?

My series about Chloe the dominating stepdaughter who controls her submissive stepmother has finished. It all started with Her Panties but does it end Happily Ever After?

Well, I have just finished writing my competition entry, and now it is in the final polishing stage. 😳 However, I guess the bigger question is: will a penguin appear somewhere in the text? 🤣🤣😈

Once it is published, I will, as usual, be reading, liking and commenting on the other entries.

My latest story: "Cash In Hand 2" - Chapter 8 - "Good News And Tanned Tits"

My 'Simulation' competition story: "Sexual Knowledge"

I certainly hope so! Why wouldn’t a penguin fit in an erotic story? smile

Dear Friends, I am very pleased to announce that my entry in the 'Simulation' competition is now posted. 'Kronokrator' is a self-contained story set within my Necrowhores Expanded Universe (EU). Sci-fi in a relatable world where people have the same desires, joys, and struggles that we do today, almost.

Please read, leave a like if you enjoy the story, and, above all, please leave a comment. I value and greatly appreciate all feedback. Many Thanks.

Kronokrator | Lush Stories

Kronokrator

The beauty, subtlety and strength of woman.

Fantasy & Sci-Fi

Love Is Blind | Lush Stories - A poem of love and pain...

Another here, who is in the 'Simulation' competition with a teenage tale of a young couple's love for one another, although one of them would like a "little" more lust in their relationship... I hope you all enjoy the story. 😀

Here is the link to it. "Sexual Knowledge"

And we have a winner, two engaged teenagers claim their prize...

Jean Baudrillard wrote an academic treatise called Simulacra and Simulation. I read it (so you don't have to). It was the inspiration for a little-known film called The Matrix.

Finally, I let my tribute to it go after a lot of checking and re-checking. You can read it here. Close The Door. If you have the time, I hope you enjoy it. Weird does not cover the writing of it.

It goes into the story too, and not just any weird - French Weird. 🤣

I promise this: read it carefully, and there is a subtle hidden meaning, or enjoy the sex (and it is very filthy) and take it for what it is.

My defence? Baudrillard made me do it.

Ines 😘

The buttons on her white shirt are lopsided.

Fantasy & Sci-Fi

We write to taste life twice: in the moment and in retrospection - Anais Nin.

Would you like to read how I've tasted life? These are my stories.

Postcards - Disillusioned with my life, I left Paris and travelled the South of France for a year. A true story.

These Walls Talk - A young woman with intense sexual fantasies finds herself lodging in a house with an over-sexed couple.

Of Flames and Light - An artist resists the attentions of an enigmatic man who only wants to watch her sketch.

I am doing a very good simulation of writing a comp entry. Alas, that's not helping with actually doing one.🙄 And I feel like shit right now so not really writing anything.

Near 6000 words in draft completed earlier this week. More time spent outside the simulation than in. Editing this is going to piss me off because I know chunks will have to disappear, and the story has to make sense still on top of still being sexy. Plus dropping under the word limit.

It's reminding me why I haven't entered a comp since last year 😆.

I get that. I had to discard at least a thousand words of worldbuilding, just leaving readers a few dots to connect. But writing all that out was still a good exercise, forcing me to think my world through so it "made sense," as you put it. In my case, I also left out easily a thousand more words of actual, in-person sex, cutting that down to a single paragraph, because it was in the denouement and the fake sex is what drove the story.
