I know there are always those cases in which it can't be avoided, but what do you think?
Personally, I don't have anyone blocked. I don't expect to get trolled, even though I'm putting it out there.
What do you think?

You can’t truly call yourself peaceful unless you are capable of violence. If you’re not capable of violence, you’re not peaceful. You’re harmless.

i'm definitely in the minority here. i used to spend quite a bit of time in the chat rooms and found that blocking people was a simple solution for a temporary problem. for instance, i visit pic rooms from time to time. sometimes people post pics that aren't exactly my cup of tea - but don't break lush tos. rather than complain about something they have every right to post, or disable pics all together, i simply block them. they are allowed to continue to post freely and i don’t have to see it.
i've never blocked anyone in the forums and have rarely had to block people due to personal issues. in these cases i see blocking as the final step.

Are these temporary blocks, only applied when you're in that particular chat room? Or do you leave those users blocked, after you leave the room?
And another question: do you see this post of mine, or don't you like my pics?![]()

i had to unblock you to read thisjust kidding! depends, some of them i do unblock after leaving the room. others remain because, as you know, pic rooms tend to have regulars and their aesthetic rarely changes.

But if you keep some of them blocked, then you won't see their forum posts either of course. You don't mind that? I can imagine that someone whose visual kink may be off putting to someone else , but they may still have a similar sense of humor/politics/etc.

i've actually unblocked people once the extended block took place because i enjoyed their forum posts - i just stay out of rooms they're in. however, most people that frequent the chat rooms rarely visit the forums, and vice versa. it's not caused me any issues.

little illumination. i have no trouble simply ignoring people if i feel the need. no need to go the extra mile.
