Depends. D cups on a petite, skinny frame just looks off to me, no matter how confident. It needs to be within reason. I love boobs but proportions matter more than absolute size to my eye. Small tits on a slim frame is hot as hell (=my wife in her prime) so I would rather see big ones on a curvier figure.

Women: hair and eyes, breasts (preferably natural looking and reasonably in proportion to the rest of the body; in other words, not too obviously enhances or bolted-on looking) and especially areolae.
