My ability to keep calm in some of the tense, chaotic situations that I seem to find myself in at work. Nobody likes to have a weakling for someone that's supposed to be in control and make decisions. My motto: Keep a cool, analytical thought process and you'll be alright.

Oh, and once you're deemed my friend...you're my friend forever. It doesn't matter if we don't talk for months or years; I'll always pick up with you exactly like we left off.
