I acknowledge that this whole thing being a hoax isn't at all far-fetched, which again, indicates how fucked up we are as a country, specifically pertaining to our "democracy."

It is interesting to me that everyone is noticeably silent about the need for gun control after this shooting. Quite telling as to how deep the hatred is between parties. Do we not care if a rogue shooter takes a life if it’s someone we don’t like? Then it’s okay? Am I the only one that’s troubled by that. The man who died was a husband and father. But he was a Republican who said things people don’t like, so it’s okay? Is it okay for someone to decide to be judge, jury, executioner for another American? Everyone screams about their rights, but it’s okay to take away another’s right to live outside justice system? That helps what exactly?

A great friend reminded me today not to look at our candidates as the character of our country. Look to my neighbors and community instead to see a lot of good people doing good things that won’t make the news. People who listen to others’ opinions with an open mind and look inward to see how they can make things better.

I know I don’t fit in the Think Tank, so I’ll leave. But so many things I read is fueled by hate, and helps nothing.

I don't believe the Pussy Grabber Of The United States wants to do away with porn. But Project 2025 will allow him to be the dictator he wants to be. And for the folks behind it, Trump will allow them to tear down any checks and balances the US system has. So once Trump passes, US democracy will have eroded to the point where they can easily turn it into a theocracy. Or at least that's what they intend.

As for Trump's senior moments not being reported, that's simply not true. It's just that his own supporters don't really care about that, whereas the Biden supporters, and all the other no-Trumpers, absolutely do care about Biden's signs of incompetence.
Biden's idea, that all that matters is whether he gives it his best shot, is kinda unsettling. it's not about him at all. It's about saving what's left of US democracy (which isn't all that much to begin with).

If we have learned one thing since Trump showed up, you have to leave those things behind. If Trump can get away with all the shit he pulls, Biden should easily be able to brush off that debate performance.

I like Kamala, but it's too late, they should have tried to push her two years ago to make this happen.

Biden needs a win, some sort of game-changer to turn this shitshow around.
