My wife &I are watch two of the granddaughters (age 14 & 6) for 5 days/4 nights while our daughter and son-in-law are on a 20th Anniversary trip to NYC. Thanks! That is very good advice. I spent some time tonight writing out what I want to say. Tomorrow I will go back over what I wrote and make sure to stick to my feelings. My brother has 6 siblings and only 2 of us take care of him. The others range from won’t take him at all to will only take him for a week or less and only if it’s convenient. My dad would be pissed if he were alive. But I gotta leave that part out too.

Kat, Kimmi’s does have a good point with the how difficult it will be. Good Luck on at least some additional help care for him.

Understand the situation Kimmi, Our Granddaughter was the “lucky” child to take the pet rabbit home for the weekend one time. While the rabbit was out of it’s cage it chewed through the cable and phone/internet cords. Thank goodness for cell phones.

I’ll take a cup of Bertha’s Best this fair morning. Tomorrow morning my annual physical with the Prostate check and all those other embarrassing things. Yes, I’m sure it’s not as bad as what women go through on theirs.
