I'm quite a sensitive and sensual person who enjoys romance and a cuddle! I have always loved reading, especially books with strong characters that are not afraid to question themselves and those around them. Books allow me to go to places I have always wanted to go. I have recently started writing too as a creative release.
Interests I obviously love reading, but I also love anything that gets me closer to this beautiful world of ours. I am not religious, but nature is spiritual for me. Walking, writing, photography and painting all help with that! Then there is computer programming for the inner geek in me as I love the beauty of algorithms too. I also like cycling!
Favorite Books The big ones. Crime and Punishment, Les Miserables, Madam Bovary, the entire Rougon-Macquart series, and all of Shakespeare, but the Tempest, Macbeth and Hamlet are my favourites. There are so many others too, it would be easier to list the ones I don't like!
Favorite Authors Emile Zola, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Gustav Flaubert, Simone de Beauvoir, Michel Houellebecq, Charles Bukowsky, Anais Nin, Stanislaw Lem, but there are loads of others!
Favorite Movies The Matrix Trilogy, Blade Runner (both), Casablanca, Brief Encounter, American Beauty, The Usual Suspects, 2001 A Space Odyssey, and so on!
Favorite Music Depends on my mood. Joy Division for contemplative days, Thievery Corporation and Zero Seven for the others.
