promising site!

screwing near a window in relatively plain view.
pardon the editorializing, but I gotta say.....

Normally wouldn't post a Zep link but I thought this one was pivotal, in that '72 seemed, (well to this music dude) the last year that they really seemed to exude any sort of piss n'vinegar. By the following year, they were already gettiing too, how can I put this.....strutting rock god-like, as evidenced in the '73 MSG gig which got documeted in "S.R.T.S.", released four years later. From '73 onwards, it wasn't just Page's goofy black dragon pants: him and Plant seemed more into monolithic posing, rather than just plain ol' kickin out the jams. Also - from "Houses of the Holy" (ALSO '73) onwards, they never wrote another heavy tune (*name one*)

I entered the title in search and didn't find a thread that sufficiently dealt with the topic to my liking.

Is it generally frowned upon to write stories about other Lushies? I can well imagine a lot of people rolling their eyes and going "oh great - another story about her". I guess it depends a lot on the author/subject too. I know I'm forgetting more questions here.

edit - ok damn now I see I probably should have posted this in "Writers' Resources" instead.

Bad author that is pervs.

having trouble deciphering that sentence lol.

CeiranH - don't know you - but anyone who likes swing (hopefully Goodman, Basie, Fletcher Henderson, and the incredible,*fucking amazing* Art Tatum too) is ok in my books.
once. FFFM.
yes, those are three M's

ever knocked on the door of a hot new neighbour b/c you "ran outa sugar"?
ah yes! thanks for Dani for all your help and Liz too! I use a shrunken screen, so all the uploading info was too far over to the right to see. Of course, it could have crossed my mind to scroll to the right lol. Pretty sure I'll figure out the youtube embedding - thx again.
Salua - I'm usually more "aghast" than "a ghost" in the forums smile

hopefully the drunken demigod standup Foster Brooks should show up:

Well, I guess I'm ABSOLUTELY. FUCKING. USELESS, then. Accordingly, I am millimetres from deleting my account.

so, I have a youtube link........http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yB76BBlMfDs........there's no .jpg, .gif, or .png. on the end of it, so I don't know how to post it in forums.

When I click on the yellow box to post something on someone's profile wall, "upload a file" becomes enabled, which I click on, and then my computer desktop page pops up, allowing me to upload images directly from my computer and onto their wall.

But in forums, when I click on the yellow box, my comp. desktop page doesn't pop up like it does for profile comments, stonewalling me right then and there.

Just now I tried to post this in funny/goofy pics......
- got that tiny box with squiggly stuff again

edit - ok - how can I show that last example better.........um................(I put a space between the [im g]'s and the URL this time so that it can at least be seen what I am trying to fucking upload.

2nd edit - oh good - that didn't work either.
on what limited knowledge I have, seems a discerning gentleman, whom I wonder if he's more a Juliette or Justine fan.
in forums:

when I click on the yellow box - nothing

when I click on the box next to it, I place the URL in between the [img] [img] and end up getting a tiny box with tiny squiggles in it when it appears as my reply.

I have the latest windows and adobe

I have mentioned this in a number of different areas, but is still to be resolved.

I'll get sometimes as much as three post notifications for the exact same, un-updated post.

this post probably to be edited when I think of more things lol

edit - don't know how to delete a post.

Amen Tranquil one....and we have to practice what Michael Jackson said in his song "Man in the Mirror": "I'm starting with the man in the mirror, I'm asking him to change his ways."
Each one of us is capable of things we are not proud of, even with people we love dearly. We just have to accept who we are as human beings with a little bit of humility, and really, really realize that the nicest people can hurt others sometimes.
So we have to be honest with ourselves and admit that we are all human, and it is up to each of us to try to grow a little more each and every day. When we say "Love me for who I am" maybe we should add "most of the time....and give me a chance to improve...and I will give you the chance to improve too and love you back."

In keeping with what I just said, I know I will never be perfect, but I have to keep trying to be better every day. I try very hard to be a good man to everyone I meet, but I also know that there are people here with whom I have not always been totally fair. What price do I pay for hurting them out of my own self-pride and stupidity? They don't want to talk to me anymore, or have decided not to discuss certain things with me. When I think of who some of those people are, it makes my eyes well up......it humbles ME.....

thanks for sharing - well expressed - your second post I can say the same for, myself.

it's been explained to me a number of times what a slugging percentage is and a balk, but this non-baseball follower could possibly wikipedia it, I spose. (probably still won't retain it lol)

sorry Nicki - I responded to an old post notification which made my response out-of-sequence, and so I edited it to match Luce's, which, in turn, threw your response off-course....if that all made sense lol.

so, to match up with Banes's......Askew, Mississippi (ha - apropos for my sequence blundering)
We haven't chatted yet but has a great profile, despite me not being hot vamipire-y enough for her probably smile
