I have not drunk Tea for about 20 years but i am partial to the occasional cup (large mug) of coffee, i usually drink between 6 and 8 large mugs of black strong filtered coffee a day, but at around 3' o'clock every day the guy i got working for me say's "Tea time, ill put the kettle on".
So a lot of people i belive still have "afternoon tea" or a bit of tiffin, or some tea and crumpets.

I'v got to be in serious trouble to take any pills or medicine, but i do visit a Chiropractor a few times a year to "fix" my back, and he uses Acupuncture on it as well, which i must admit works, i tried everything the doctor perscribed and still could hardley move because of the pain, it took a while, 3 times a week for 4 months to start with, now only a couple of times a year. it will never be right but i can live with it,,, so i belive acupuncture works.
P.S. i'm glad it's my back and i can't see because i have a fobia of needles.
