To answer Awesome Vanessa's question you need not make your own, as long as the avatar has a Pride/Rainbow theme. Unless she actually meant "use anyone we want" in which case nothing in the Rules prohibits that, just keep it between consenting adults. I might suggest offering to be used may be more beneficial during the judging round.

Rules/Eligibility:
1) Your Avatar must be Pride/Rainbow themed
2) Entrants MUST post in this thread to be eligible.
3) Avatar must be in place on or before June 28, 2019. There may or may not be bonus points for the duration the avatar is in use.
3) i) If an entrant changes their avatar during the contest the avatar in place on June 28 will be used for judging (Trinket-pain-in-the-ass clause)

I used to get spoken to at work because of my decidedly casual attitude to office attire. Then I started wearing Italian suits but had a wild spiky haircut that used to infuriate senior management. These days I dress fairly well for work but almost never wear a tie and my suit jacket usually stays on a coat hook. I've never understood the reasoning of putting a noose around your neck to start the day.
