21. Fantasies
stories have a chequered history on Lush. When I joined in 2011, “ ” was one of the most popular categories, and stories would get a lot of hits. But then in around April 2014, in an attempt to make Lush more “marketable”, the whole category, along with all its stories, was deleted with minimal warning by the admin - and a huge amount of fuss from the readers. A number of members left in protest. Then, a few years later (2018), the category was quietly reinstated. Some people were lucky enough to have their stories retrieved from the archives, although with most of their statistics deleted, but others were lost forever. For the time being the category is back though.
