I’ve always had problems with the idea of “Mind Control” stories, because making someone do something sex-related against their will always sounds a bit to me. I decided it might be possible in the context of a fantasy-type story, and that is what I decided to write.

I also wanted to write a story in which the protagonist makes a personal sacrifice to help a friend, and the impact this has on that individual. These days, when the news is full of self-obsessed people and groups, all out to get what they can out of society at the expense of others, I think it's worth reminding us of the importance of thinking about other people for a change.
But don’t worry, it’s not too preachy, I hope. And it has some good raunchy sex.
