Lush rule #1. if it's something that Jack wants, put it at the bottom of the list.[/quote
I thought Rule #1 was to love Lush with all your heart, all your strength, and all your soul and that Rule #2 was love all those who are Lush members as you love Lush. Throwing Jack under Sprite's bus wheels doesn't seem very loving to me. But then again, this country is kind of crazy right now. I mean, Horroween is just around the corner. Is your broomstick broken Rachel?
throwing Jack under the bus is all about showing my love for Lush. i mean, this IS Jack we're talking about.oh, and we don't do Halloween here. it's all about dia de los muertos at the Sprite Hacienda

I kind of surprised myself and knocked one out this morning for one of the anniversary comps across the street. 873 words and I am actually very happy with the current draft. If I go with it as is, that'll be something of a world record for me getting a story written and edited to my satisfaction. Probably leave it to stew until tomorrow though. Sometimes that gets me to notice things I missed, esp. nitpicky grammar and style stuff.
A wine please. Red.

Yeah it seems like a lot of work for something that doesn't really matter. But it would be the best set up.
I would be happy with the option to just hide or display like the other sections for the time being.

La Revolution just came out on Netflix. I haven't watched it yet but am looking forward to it. It's a reimagined history of the French Revolution, and from the trailer, it seems that the production quality is top notch. My apologies to all the Americans that don't speak French and are too lazy to read subtitles.... i think you might be missing out.

I really need to remember not to eat when I'm watching stuff with Jane in oh my god cause that's how I got Jell-O up my nose yesterday. She made me laugh right when I'd just taken a bite and yeah...jello up my nose. Not fun.![]()
Anyway...hi to anybody here at this hour.

I wandered into Lush to find some BDSM stories, and some stories about lust.
I am delighted to have found stories about love as well, especially here in the Forum.
What a great community.
And thanks to sprite for opening this topic. I have lived a privileged life, and I know it, but have friends and family who struggle with depression, including one whom I had to get to the hospital for an OD (deliberate).
As for listening, I have a phrase for that: a silent ear.
Thanks to you all.

Thank you. I hadn't scrolled down far enough as usual, stupid girl. Also found the quote thing -- never looked at Timeline before. Another entry in the morning todo list.

I would have thought he surely would know the dangers of a tanning bed, but he has the tell-tale sign of goggles with the white circles around his eyeballs. What I really wanna know is how much of him does he get tanned?? Is there like a full-body tanning thing going on??? Okay, I just threw up a little trying to picture it. Nevermind.

Yes agreed. Although the whole concept of the movie isn’t all that crazy and is about a very real thing that happens everyday.. maybe that’s what’s disturbing since it’s shown in such a completely horrific and raw way. A very real threat. And then it leaves you meditating on revenge and how pointless that can be.

I don't think I've ever heard a bad word said about her.
