The 2016 version is dreadful, I highly advise skipping it. Plus if I recall correctly it also ends on a cliffhanger.

I finished the first two seasons of Yellowjackets. It was compelling and disturbing, but the subject matter is not for everyone. The casting and acting are excellent, and it held my attention. The first season was better than the second. Not sure when the next one will be out. Of course, it ended with a cliffhanger.

I’m watching Departure at the moment. I’m late to the party because it’s three seasons old, but it’s really enjoyable. It’s a crash investigation/crime series, if you’re into that kind of thing. It’s on Sky Witness (I think) in the UK. X

i had to actually stop watching that one after about 15 minutes and watch the rest later, just too much crazy for my brain! 
i loved Richie's arc, btw, he really redeemed himself towards the end.
